I feel compelled to point out that those statistics are kinda questionable. A lot of how UA-cam figures out how users who either aren't logged in or didn't tell Google+ their gender comes from the demographics of other videos they watch, which are partly based on UA-cam's guesses about which unknown users are male or female, and you can see where this is going. This guessing system exaggerates relatively small differences in viewer demographics.

The reason Showbiz rebranded to Chuck E Cheese is because the company didn't own their animatronics, the Rockafire Explosion. The agreement with the animatronics' creator fell apart, so Showbiz first tried to create their own characters. When that didn't work, they just decided to convert everything to Chuck E Cheese.

I loved customizing my own robots and running in with the jump pack and rocket launcher. I saw the trailer for the g1 optimus pack and I immediately scoured the internet for how to get it. I was an internet baby so "free" was used as much as "the" in my vocabulary. I still have the original disc and only recently did I ever actually beat the game (I was an idiot child.) Once I was old enough for nostalgia to hit (today), I immediately tried to find a way to play it on my pc but was shattered to find that the game was pulled off all online stores and the servers were shut down. All that happened almost immediately when it became 2020 to.
There’s a bunch of old iOS games that were taken away due to iOS updates. Some of my personal favourites were bloodmasque, Symphonica and the chaos rings series. RIP

Honestly in the case of games like these where the options are either piracy or paying an arm and a leg for the game because there's no way to buy it officially, piracy is the correct option unless you just happen to have the money to get the official version. If the rights holders aren't going to make a way for people to buy it legally, then what money are they going to lose if people pirate it?
Limbo of the Lost does kind of have it's own... aesthetic. An aesthetic I'd describe as similar to being in a teleporter accident and arriving in a plane of existence that's so alien and outside your ability to perceive it, your minds can only subconsciously artificially construct a perception from dozens of different sensory memories that are as close as it can manage to make sense of a place so fundamentally alien any other option would shred your mind like pulled pork. It just looks... wrong. The more I stare at it the more the clashing of different aesthetics from the stolen assets, the weird voice acting and animations, and the generally distasteful mean spirited sense of humor all clash together to make something so repugnant it loops around to being oddly fascinating. Something that could only exist through the culmination of ineptitude, and disregard of game design to make a game that's not just ugly, not just badly made but make my fight or flight reflex, and uncanny valley perception do the fusion dance into the feeling that can best be described as completely revolting in a way I didn't know was possible for a game to evoke. Even ethically and logically, it's so repugnant and awful knowing the context of what the creators did to create it just adds to those feelings for me. Like on every level, it feels like something that so fundamentally wrong I'm now going to go down the rabbit hole and understand the full scope of it's awfulness. Something not only lacking in any kind of creative value, but is a parasite on other's creativity. A game that accidentally created an aesthetic that's so throughly unpleasant to interact and look at, it causes sensory discomfort. every aspect interconnected to create a holistic experience that other horrible games could never match just on the premise they're actual attempts to create a unique game. Steam asset flips can't compete with it because of the sheer scope of how much time was spent on LotL hand crafting this absolutely dog shit game. It's now my vote for worst game ever bar none, and idk how another game could even approach how fuck awful it is. It'd be impressive if I didn't hate every single thing about it on a visceral hostile to it existing level..
