Another factor for the animal cruelty charge for Vector's shark is that while we've made sharks seem like demons, sharks don't attack people all that often. Therefore, the fact that the shark is even attempting to eat people probably means that the shark is not getting a proper diet, adding to the abuse. It doesn't change the charge, but just a bit of added evil on this punk.
