Absolutely brilliant to watch. I have no experience of body repair but find the skills and techniques fascinating. The format works well with the voice over and sped up footage. Thanks for making the videos
Wow very time consuming job with the flip n dolly and file! Must of taken ages, like you say quicker than waiting for a new qtr panel 👍liking the glue pull system you used, great job. Keep the videos coming i love watching and learning picking up tips . 👍👌
Great video. I’ve only gotten into watching UA-cam more than the tv so I’ve been missing out. Love the more in depth videos than the snippets on your other socials.
Cheers much appreciated, yeah I’m going to do more in depth repairs and procedures on this channel, instagram & tik tok will be more just quick shorts. Thanks for watching
That is borderline but I feel replace is the best option if its an insurance claim, if paying out of pocket repair option with customers knowing can repair for less money but not 100% visual perfect. Most Insurance appraisers will just argue with giving proper repair allowance time to fix it and doing a repair for hour for hour at insurance rates is not always fair to the shop.
Thank you, I’d be the same to be honest. If there’s no inner structural damage and the panel can be repaired I’d want that. Keep everything original, my next video will show the end result.. thanks for watching
Original and undisturbed. No chance for rusting out from the welds later down the road. Shouldn't if done right, but possible. I wonder about welding keys to the panel, that wasn't around when I was doing it. Do they burn the back of the panel, or is it not hot enough to burn the finish off on the other side.
Great to see a skilled metal worker. Far to easy to swop out a panel. 🤩👍
Cheers man much appreciated 👍🏼

Thank you
You must be a legend where you live ✔️🔝
Running for mayor next 🤣🤣 cheers
Can you tell us what you’re doing as your flipping the panel. Some short narration would be cool.
Is that a coarse or fine body file that you are using with the flip and dolly
Yep it’s a fine grade blade
How much does it usually cost to replace a rear quarter panel for 2012 audi tts I already have the replacement panel

GREAT job. If it were my own car, I'd prefer a repair over replace. You do great work.
