Hi… I’ve read reviews that their delivery were left on the sidewalk and had to carry it themselves into the building. Is this true? Was this your experience?

It's holding up so well! We still love it so much. Fabric is bought and durable but not uncomfortable
Hello I am considering purchasing this in sofa form but in blue how is the couch holding up ? Ive seen comments on the couch's fabric being uncomfortable and lumpy and feathers sticking out ?

Ok very specific question - when your bf sits on it on the ottoman part can he get comfy and put a pillow behind his head and lean his head back? I'm on the fence that the back will be too low if the couch isn't against the wall but I want it sooo badly in the blue velvet!!

I bought this exact couch after watching this video. It does look great but the fabric is just okay. It’s not very soft. The feathers DO stick out through the fabric. I’ve had the couch about a month and have seen about 20 feathers sticking out. I guess it’s worth the price but wish it were more well made.
Hi, do the feathers ever poke out and so you have to fluff the cushions often? Also, did you get the linen fabric or the velvet one?
We’ve only had one or two feathers so far so hasn’t been a issue for us! We got the linen one! I change the cushions probably once every two weeks
I had an extra deep, long RH couch with down cushions & a linen cover-it was very expensive & I don’t remember finding feathers but the cushions flattened & the material wrinkled & stretched over time.
Do the cushions mush down after you sit and look very messy after sitting? Does it require daily “fluffing” of the cushions in order to maintain shape and look presentable or does it generally look the way it does in your video even after you’ve sat on it? Most of the ones I’ve seen in stores that are all feathers mush down and look flat and messy and require daily fluffing to look ok so hoping this one keeps a bit more shape. Thank you!!
This one is a lot more fluffy than others I have seen so I fluff them about once a week or rotate cushions just because I want to stay on top of it not because they look mushed down. Hopefully that makes sense!
I read several reviews that say not to buy this couch because it mushes down after a few months and doesn't hold up well. I went to big lots and found a really nice basset sofa with a chaise lounge on one end and the pillows are attached to the back so no need to constantly fix them
my couch just came from homethread and it took 5 months before I received it. I love it but it super white, it came with a funky sweaty smell but the couch is big, don't underestimate the size of this couch, it took my whole living room. overall its a great purchased.

Strongly suggesting purchasing this couch. Curious to see how its been holding up after owning for a year?
We are still loving it! And have no issues with it. I know some people are having trouble with the shipping time but our came in two week (this was a while ago tho) so just keep in mind it might be delayed.

We still love it and it has held up well! I would say its like a rough linen but still super comfortable

I ordered on 9/17. It has gained a lot of traction within the past few months due to TikTok. My order is estimated to arrive in December.
I wanted the RH but who can afford a 20K couch! I'm excited to get this for a fraction of the price but I also don't have children. This dupe seems to have the most/best reviews than any other cloud couch dupe. Will update

Hey, can you please give me an honest opinion, how have the couches been so far? Are they comfortable? I ordered them and have been waiting to get them but some of the reviews have been scaring me and idk if I should cancel. Someone said the cushions are so thing could feel the springs and they’re embarrassed to have people over bc it’s not comfortable to sit. I bought this exact couch from Homethreads after wanting the RH cloud then watching this video. It actually looks great but the fabric is much less expensive so it’s not soft and pillowy. The cushions are stiff and the feathers do stick through the fabric. Fiber fill or down or a combination of the two would probably be much more comfortable. I have added 1 inch of memory foam under the cushions we use most. IMO it’s worth the price but it just isn’t a well made piece of furniture. Probably not ideal for a family with kids or pets. Just not sure how long it would hold up with a lot of use.

We got ours in two weeks and were shocked! Some ppl had bad luck tho and it took way longer
We ordered ours in January and it got here end of May and the ottoman just got here last weekend.
We bought this couch after watching so many videos! I really love the look of it, but every time we sit in it, it feels so weird as if you are sliding forward. I hadn’t seen anyone else mention this but for us it seems impossible not to notice!! Have y’all noticed that at all / maybe it just doesn’t bother you??
I've never noticed that?? On all the cushions it does that?
That happened to ours, but fixed it by taking off the cover and rotating the cushion so the “leaning” happens backward instead of forward and it was a lot more comfortable.

Love the sofa except I was expecting you to show us the seat cushion and back cushion; take it off and put back on. You described it perfectly just wish you would of shown it firsthand.
