Thanks for watching. No, you can’t fit a shape or other object to a path. You can only fit text to a path. There are text fonts which look like graphics and you can fit them along a path, making curved borders out of little graphics.
I have a cm350 will this work on this machine? I can see the option on the menu but it's not highlighted even when i click on it it isn't functional. Is it a premier function?

Hi Wendy, my course is based on the downloaded version. You do not access it from a web browser. It is installed and in the course, I teach you how to install it. You go to support.brother.com to download it.

my fit to path is greyed out??
If you don't have both the Shape and the Text selected, you will not be able to use Fit to Path.
