I like to imagine the reason the qucusaurs are associated with Anemo and Pyro is because they are actually Anemo saurians, but have undergone "Elemental Absorption " like venti or sucroses Burst and have become Pyro due to Natlans environment
@@joshuadow3775 well, as far as we know, they all started as Pyro, or actually Phlogiston, so actual dragons like the vishaps, and then evolved into the different Saurians of different elements just like Phlogiston turned into the seven elements of Teyvat. So, in theory, the Qucusaurs are the closest Saurians to the original ancient dragons, reason why they look very similar to the dragon flying in Ochkanatlan (and Ngoubou looks almost identical)
The area above the clouds was actually shown on the PlayStation Japan blog. I’ll leave the decision of looking at it up to you. A parasitic plant-like structure originating from a chaotic space that tries to imitate the tree-like world. I wonder where I’ve heard that before… I’m very, very excited for this version. Exploration-wise it looks so much more like what I enjoy. Ochkanatlan especially. I feel like this is going to be Enkanomiya or “???” levels of exciting for lore and exploration players.
@@gyannunez huh, they showed the Ineffable City (it has to be it)? I'll avoid it, I want the surprise when the update come out. Yeah, I wonder why it sounds kinda familiar, indeed! Though, I gotta say, lately, I'm finding A LOT of similarities with Natlan with the chapters I'm playing... Yeah, the exploration seems incredible since we can finally fly in Teyvat, reason why I'm pulling for Chasca, so I can fly (hopefully) even outside of Natlan. Ochkanatlan just gives off the Enkanomiya vibe like crazy, and we even saw some unified nation ruins in the trailer, so it's going to be crazy! I mean, Enkanomiya will forever be my favorite map, so getting something similar, I can only be happy!!!
@@gyannunez unrelated to Natlan.... What I just read in chapter 41 about Phosphorus, Griseo, Vita, the Ark, how the world got populated, the forbidden area, the Vitas and their authorities........... That's literally a little bit too familiar....

@@salceds I don't really understand why the Qucusaurs just have to be Anemo simply because they fly... Even if you go for the theory that every saurian represents a reaction, and you assign anemo to the Qucusaurs, then the Iktomisaurs would be melt, because the only element left would be cryo, but for some reason, the fact that the Iktomisaurs also have wings and can also fly, Is completely ignored...
@@ShadowXImpact Because the feather motif is really strong with Anemo as well. We haven't seen much with the Iktomisaurs but I think it's more a thematic thing across the tribes instead of a one-to-one thing. It's just less straight forward with Flower-Feather Clan and Masters of the Night Wind but it's only because we don't have much info. The Iktomisaurs can fly but their focus is more on the reflection concept of Cryo and how the tribe was founded on mirrors. They're like the only Saurian whose exploration is gimmick is tied solely to their powers, not their anatomy.
@@salcedsPlus, someone pointed out that the saurians' elements are associated with their eye color. For example, the qucusaurus' eyes are teal (or green), so their element is actually Anemo rather than Pyro. And before you bring up that boss from 5.0, that was the result of the Flamelord's Blessing. Plus, the Blessing practically changes their appearance to look like a dragon (or in its case, a wyvern). And lastly, since every element in the game can combine with Pyro, and the six tribes should be associated with one of those six elements, it wouldn't make sense for the Flower-Feathered clan or the Qucusaurus to not be associated with Anemo.
@@salceds so, you associate the Qucusaurs to anemo because of the "feather" in the Flower-Feather Clan's name, but not the Iktomisaurs, considering that the tribe is called Masters of the Night WIND? And even with the feathers, if you think of a fire bird and you consider that the nation the people come back to life, you should be reminded of the Phoenix, and its feathers are made of flames.. Even in the Lavawalker there's the plume of a Phoenix...
@@phoenixgrimoire3833 so, you have the Koholasaur that are blue and are hydro, the Tepetlisaurs that are gold and are Geo, the Yumkasaurs that are greed and are dendro, but people believe it's the color of their eyes that matters? Just to say that the Qucusaurs are Anemo, basically. I'd really like for someone to justify the Iktomisaurs evolving to cryo in a tropical place that has nothing to do with cold, and it's even close to a volcano...
I'm finally after months catching up on your videos and I must say it's kinda refreshing to finally catch you on a wrong prediction with Iktomisaurs being actually cryo, not anemo. Which you maybe acknowledged in your newer videos but I didn't watch them yet. Will do that soon though! Love your theories, keep them coming!
@@kasuha I didn't really come out and said that I was wrong, I mean, it's kinda obvious now, but the fact that they have many anemo related abilities is still very weird, apart from the fact that the Masters of the Night Wind is not a cold place like everybody kept saying to justify cryo (the new wings say that it's a hot place). Anyway, my videos are going nowhere, so take your time!!!
Someone on Twitter pointed out that the little companion that will be traveling with us in achkanatlan looks very similar to venti true form before he became a god/archon I mean, they even have the three wings on one side thing as well so it makes me wonder if venti is able to disperse abyssal corruption If you think about it, it makes sense in terms of abyssal correct eruption his nation is the cleanest the only time we’ve ever heard about them fighting the abyss was with durin while the others had much bigger problems I swear that boy gets more sus the more we learn abt teyvat also I’m still skeptical about the master of the Nightwind saurians what you’re saying, saying does make sense but at the same time they attacks don’t look anemo rewind aligned it could be possible that it’s very faint, but when they’re using their vision sparkles that come out of the eye look like snow particles, or ice flakes but then again I could be wrong I mean their saurian symbol looks really similar to the inazuma statue of the omnipresent God with her wings which is theorized to be isteroth who was also anemo aligned but I guess we’ll have to wait also I’m still not sure abt ifa being a harbinger I mean it feels a bit underwhelming also fun fact his name is also Nigerian just like ororon and in mythology those two deities are associated with each other like how ifa and ororon are friends also I’m hoping ifa is a pyro five star and he’s likely from the flower feather clan
@@isaiahhaley4816 I mean, yeah, it kinda looks like Venti's sprite form, but apart from the fact that I kinda expect Cocouik to be an ancient dragons device like Ajaw, if venti had the power to disperse abyssal corruption, he would have purified Dvalin in his own... As for the Saurians, let's just wait a week and see. I really don't see why there would be a Cryo saurian in a tropical setting, to be honest. As for Ifa, I don't know why it would be underwhelming, if anything, I think it would be the opposite, also because he's Ororon's friend and Ororon ended up working with the Fatui without realizing he has always been friends with another Harbinger. Ifa is from the Flower Feather Clan, we already have confirmation of this, and he SHOULD be a 5 star... And I say should because it seems they're going back to Honkai Impact, focusing on female characters. I don't think the players will be happy, but hoyo has also shown it's interest toward the CN players rather than the rest of the world... Whats also interesting about Ifa, by the way, is that his house has the Flower Feather Clan symbol, but the one next to his, is from the Masters of the Night Wind, for some reason.
@@ShadowXImpact "if venti had the power to disperse abyssal corruption, he would have purifed dvalin himself" Which he already done it if traveller doesn't interupt there( first cutscene with him and dvalin) and he already explain that to traveller
Great vid as always, I also cannot wait to explore in the next patch! Regarding the Flower-Feather clan, I feel vindicated as I've been trying to tell everyone that is the pyro tribe, and they keep saying anemo. To the reasons you listed you can add the predominant color their NPCs wear is red. Every other tribe wears the main color associated with their tribe's element, why would this one be the exception? But my main reason is the bangle that Mavuika wears. I took pictures of it when we were able to control her for a bit on the AQ. It's gold and has triangles of every element color except for anemo, where the anemo triangle should have been, it's just plain gold metal. My theory is that Venessa's clan was the anemo tribe that was exiled for some reason, and they ended up in the anemo nation (how poetic... or was it on purpose?). We know what happened to Venessa, but not to the rest of them tho. I truly hope they explore the lore behind the missing anemo tribe, (maybe in one of Mavuika's SQ?). I do have a question tho, why do you say that the island (Mare Jivari) is to the West of the Children of the Echoes = being close to Khaenri'ah? Khaenri'ah would be to the East of the CotE if we go by its door location and also it was said it is under Sumeru. I believe K is under the area of the map that is mostly empty some has water (south of Petrichor and the north coast of the forest+some of the east of the last desert expansion). Although i suspect Khaenri'ah will have its own underground map like Enkanomiya. The MJ could certainly be a domain but also an island not yet in the map. If we don't go there during 5.X patches + getting more Bennett lore, I'm going to be really disappointed.
@@qbanarik3465 thank you!!! I mean, yeah, I can understand the confusion about the Iktomisaurs, even though the Anemo enemies can range from turquoise to blue and still be Anemo, but the flower feather clan is pure red everywhere! I haven't noticed the bangle (new word I just learned by the way). As for Vanessa's tribe, it kinda feels like they'd be from the Flower Feather Clan, considering their colors, or maybe the Collective of Plenty, because she fought like crazy, but we also don't know if they had already defined that Natlan was going to have 6 tribes back then, so it's kinda hard to be sure. But yeah, what happened to the rest of the tribe? Considering that Diluc descends from the red-hair warrior from the Archon War, so he's not a descendant of that tribe, these people simply.... Disappeared? And why did they leave to begin with? I mean, yes, the nation had issues with the abyss, but they are apparently the only ones who fled the nation.... I hope they'll tell us about them, either in Mavuika's story quest or in Venti's second story quest, especially considering the traveler is Pyro in the manga... We do know where Khaenri'ah is, we can reach it's gate under the Girdle of the Sands, which puts Ochkanatlan as the area closest to it, but it's still West of the Children of the Echo. They can't keep Mare Jivari a secret any longer. We're now in Natlan and they're giving us more info about it (curiously now that Ochkanatlan is released), so we'll probably have to go there after the Archon Quest. Maybe it's Dainsleif's quest in Natlan, since it's strictly related to the cataclysm?
@@Bina69 it's not much of a prediction, to be honest, I'm following what's written on the various materials that literally tell the story of the dragon that was Xbalanque's friend and fought against the dragons. There was just one dragon that hated the dragons and sided with the humans, and when the scarlet eyed youth fought him, he was also the last dragon of Natlan, the others had gone extinct....
great vid! also we actually do have little bit of lore about Bona, forgot which artifact set or readable it was but it mentioned father dying in some hellish place and saying that if it's born a daughter then the mother should name her Bona(very very rough TLDR from my memory)
@@motemo8413 thank you!!! I have to find this readable. It sounds familiar, the story you wrote is something I remember reading, but I have no idea which one it is. It shouldn't be hard to find, though
@motemo8413 oh yeah, the artifact set with the longest artifact names that gave me a headache in my 5.0 analysis video, because they didn't fit the box.... Well, I suppose it's not the same Bona, since this one would have been born during the cataclysm, but she's definitely her descendant. And again, very interesting how this guy fought against the cataclysm and died in Ochkanatlan, which makes me think that maybe Mare Jivari actually is there, only it became, somehow, a domain... well it still kinda makes sense even though this saurian is pyro since they can fly so they are related to anemo all other saurians do things related to their elements + pyro the cuqusaurus just reversed this order
@@Keiki-kun it could make sense, since they all originally were ancient dragons, so they all used Phlogiston, which then evolved in the other elements, but that would be a problem with the Iktomisaurs, that obviously can't be Cryo, because they would e d up using two completely opposite elements that negate each other, and that wouldn't make sense, and there wouldn't even be any element left, which is the reason why I still think the Qucusaurs are actually Pyro and they can simply fly just because they have wings (like the Consecrated Vultures), and the Iktomisaurs are Anemo. One week, and we'll know!
@@ShadowXImpact hmmm idk the masters have a very cold vibe besides having the name night wind which also sounds very cold and the tribe seems to be full of mist which is what is left after the melt reaction
@@Sacration It really isn't... Citlali is a Cryo character and she's from the Masters of the Night Wind, and so far it seems like most playable Natlan characters match the element of their Saurians
From translation to translation, the state of Natlan leylines kinda varies. Sometimes we are told that they have been totally severed. Other times we are told that they have been gravely damaged but still exist, and the night kingdom act more like a "pacemaker" rather than a totally "new heart"
@@hirods9889 but the problem is still the same. If the Night Kingdom was created to patch up the leylines where they had been broken, then Natlan would be connected to the rest of the leylines, and that wouldn't explain why the memories of Natlan stay in Natlan. As Mavuika, the Lord of the Night and Capitano said, if the Night Kingdom ceases to exist, everything recorded inside of it, is destroyed as well, so those memories are not regularly flowing through the leylines. If they did, then Irminsul would have packets of data containing everything about Natlan, so destroying the night kingdom and recreating the leylines, wouldn't annihilate those memories. This also makes sense for the people not being able to leave the nation. They suffer from memory loss, because they can't access those memories anywhere but in Natlan, so the night kingdom, out of logic, just has to be an independent network that works just like Irminsul but is detached from it
@ShadowXImpact to keep the pacemaker analogy, you technically have it on you permanently, so it's not strange, and if you have one it's because you need it. Well, iron man will actually be a better analogy. If you take off his reactor, he won't die on the spot but he's not gonna be well...like not at all. And will die at some point of course. From what we have been told that's how I understand how the nightkingdom work. Bc when they talk about the first plan. (About the net thing) They said it will reinforce/protect the "leylines". Leylines that shouldn't exist if they were destroyed. As for not leaving natlan, they will suffer memory loss and whatnot. But they shouldn't die. Capitano even said that even if all the memories were lost, at some point the nation would have risen again even if different and with no past so to speak
@@hirods9889 yeah, but that's the problem. Not being connected to the leylines doesn't kill a person, that's for sure, but they won't be able to access their memories, because the concept of the leylines is based on the flow of information as memories. If the people of Natlan have memory issues if they leave the nation, then it means that they can't access them anymore, because they're in the night kingdom, so the actual leylines don't contain those same memories, that's why I think the night kingdom is an independent network. The problem is that they sometimes call the night kingdom as the leylines of Natlan, because technically, it was created from pieces of the leylines that survived Xiuhcoatl's flames, and it's the reason why the Lord of the Night can use the night kingdom and her own life to recreate the leylines entirely, or better yet, rearrange the night kingdom, turning it into new roots for Irminsul. Honestly speaking, I think in Natlan both the leylines and the night kingdom work side by side. Basic personal information are recorded in both, so when someone from Natlan leaves the nation, they still remember who they are, otherwise she would have talked about complete amnesia instead of memory issues, but the most important memories related to Natlan, like their history, their legend, everything that makes them Natlanese, are recorded only by the night kingdom. The leylines have been severed, so they're extremely weak, but not completely absent, which could justify why the foreigners can go to Natlan in vacation, although they need the wayob to protect them while they're in the nation. How they protect them though, that hasn't been explained at all...
Though it's possible that ochkan is the sage but to me it looks like sage completed his mission by making a being that was powerful than both dragons and humans by combining both which resulted in a albedo like creature but with more self awareness it can be anything but to me sage probably couldn't become a being that was human yet dragon at the same time he experimented on his own kin ig i just think ochkanatlan is just made for dragons Also i think the black dragon in mural is different from the pyro sovereign in the mural with xbalanque and it's description is also like that saying it was once a noble dragon who got corrupted and turned everything upside down and we know from the fact that it was indeed the SWC nibelung war that broke the corners of the world
@@osmial but there's a problem with what you said. The Sage mixed two species (it has never been said it was the humans and the dragons, though) way before Xbalanque was born. It has also never been said that the Sage experimente on his kin, not even hinted, so I don't know what gave you that idea. Everything he did with and for the humans he found after he left the kingdom of the vishaps (which was not in Ochkanatlan, but in the great volcano of Tollan), was done without the dragons even realizing it. The two dragons are different in the purple being absent when he was defeated, reverting back to what he used to be before he was corrupted, but we know both dragons are Xiuhcoatl, because we were told that the once noble dragon destroyed the leylines after it got corrupted, and we know that Xbalanque defeated the Pyro Sovereign. Yes, the world was on the verge of collapse because the fight between the dragons and the heavenly principles, which is also what superficially told us how the pyro sovereign got corrupted, because just like Apep, the dragons tried to accumulate and absorb forbidden knowledge, the "folly" of the dragons told in the Sage's story, and the folly (sometimes called temptation or, in Khaenri'ah, the secrets beyond the sky) is always forbidden knowledge
@@Saniusmanbdj I'd kinda be happy, to be honest. Not just because we will finally know who the Tenth is, but we would get a healer Harbinger, and the playable Harbingers are pretty strong, so a new powerful healer is a good thing! @@iblueish leaks?? Including gemshin said or well declared that there will no longer be anymore five stars in natlan bc they have too many that's why ororon was turned into 4 star
NO WAIT I still really want crepus to have been the 10th harbinger the delusion glove looks similar to the 10th harbingers constellation, with the gaps like fingerless gloves and the ring, as well as the swirly symbol in the middle like the delusion itself im prob totally wrong but crepus also has red hair like the vanessa natlan tribe and ik that was proven wrong but just maybe crepus is the 10th harbinger ill die on this hill😭
@@catlin3949 the problem is that the Harbingers ranks change according to their accomplishments, we learned that with Arlecchino, so if crepus was the 10th harbinger years ago, then why is Childe the 11th? This means that the 10th is alive, that there is someone occupying that spot. Different is for Signora, who just died, so things will stay the way they are until someone accomplishes something more than what she did, while for Scaramouche, I still believe Pierro didn't lose his memories of the real history of Teyvat with the Irminsul change, so he knows Scaramouche was a Harbinger, and maybe he still has plans for him. As for his red hair, the Ragnvindr don't descend from Vennessa's tribe, but from the red-hair unnamed warrior from the Archon War, who was probably still from Natlan, which might be the reason why he didn't have a name, he probably forgot it by leaving the nation...
@@ShadowXImpact yeah the only plausible version for the crepus theory is that after he died someone took his place afterwards, I'm not sure when Childe got recruited but it couldve been during 4 years time period? (until canon and idk how many years have actually passed then since his death)... now I have a crack theory that crepus is actually alive by the help of dottore lmao💀 thanks for actually putting the effort to reply and explaining the theories, good vid as always👍
@catlin3949 it would be tragic if he's still alive, because they had a funeral for him, so it would be kinda hard to believe. I mean, if we acknowledge the existence of a new tenth harbinger, then crepus could have even been one of them, but realistically, if he were a Harbinger, wouldn't he have known what he was supposed to do to prevent the delusion from draining his life? In the manga, dottore already has his delusion (I mean, he invented them in the first place), so the Harbingers knew how to safely use them. Anyway, I'll always reply, so no problem! And thank you, I'm happy you liked the video!
@ yeah the whole situation is confusing to me, because crepus had fatui connections, hexenzirkel connections, as well as a khaenri’an son, a descendent of the abyss orders founder. There must be something more to all of this, and the fact that Dottore targeted him as well the theory of eroch being a Dottore clone? There are so many connections and I have no idea what direction they’re going or even how to put them together, I guess I just feel like there’s more to all of this, but it really is up to genshin as they’ve not really touched up on much of the manga stuff. Maybe crepus retired as a harbinger to take care of his sons, and then got punished? Super mysterious stuff, but I’m just rambling (haven’t checked the lore in a while)
@catlin3949 eroch being a dottore clone? I didn't understand that. Anyway, we know so little about Crepus that every theory can make sense. It sure is sus how crepus had a delusion to begin with, and why Kaeya was left right in front of his house. As for his connection to the Hexenzirkel, almost everybody in Mondstadt has some kind of relationship to Alice, so I don't really see that as something strange. Honestly, I'm kinda mor interested to know if the third party that saved Diluc from the Harbingers and welcomed him into the information gathering network is Arlecchino. I mean, Diluc was essentially an orphan when he left Mondstadt and his clothes are a little too similar to Arlecchino's.... I would be happy if that was right!
Don't really have a dog in the fight but I guess the Qucosaurs will be Anemo too. Not Pyro at least. Just doesn't match the pattern of having 6 tribes be all the elements except Pyro. Plus Chasca is Anemo and all the other members of the six heroes revealed have had the same element as the tribe they represent. The Archon rounds out the team of 6 heroes and represents the pyro element. Well it's not a big deal and we'll find out shortly. Or will we? It's not like the three tribes we know about are ever labelled with Geo/Dendro/Hydro.
@@davidjohnson8273 it's a lost cause at this point. The symbols identifying the tribes are the Saurians, the tribes are strictly connected to them, every saurian we've met so far clearly represent a specific element and it's shared by their tribe, the Masters of the Night-Wind must be Cryo because the Iktomisaurs have snow effect in one of their skills, but when it comes to the Flower-Feather Clan, it just cannot matter the fact that the Qucusaurs use Pyro, they attack with fireballs. No, they just have to be Anemo... Then there's Ororon that just isn't even taken into consideration, no one accepts him as one of the heroes, so he's just completely ignored. I mean, suit yourself. If you think it makes sense that a red, fire breathing Saurian is Anemo, I honestly don't care anymore. This is going to be just like "Ororon can't be the hero, it's impossible, it's obviously Citlali" even though we clearly saw him around Mavuika with the heroes of the past in the 5.1 trailer
@@ShadowXImpact Well now you feel like I do about Arlecchino's story. In the end all we can do is come up with a good narrative that MiHoyo would have been wise to use, but since there's never going to be just one possible narrative, even if your story makes more sense than theirs or is better, it is a failed prediction. Arlecchino as an uninteresting random kid who's only about 25-30 years old is silly. Would Qucosaurs have been better as a Pyro? Sure. But they went another direction. Maybe they figured out the elements first and then in design they just said "I don't care if it's meant to be Anemo, that colour sucks for a flying dragon-like thing". But I think Dvalin looked fine. They could have made it work. But thinking about it, although it seems "obvious" that Geo matches the Children of Echoes, the only direct link is the element of their representative hero. Geo. It's sort of to do with the earth, right? So it's mining, right? And the People of the Streams are Hydro because water, beach etc is sort of like Hydro, except it isn't. And then as for Dendro there's nothing Dendro about the Scions of the Canopy at all except in Sumeru they had those sort of sky hook jumping style of travel too. But then they also had it in Inazuma.... Assuming the Night Wind is Cryo and Collective of Plenty is Electro they don't feel like great fits for their element. With the first three tribes they did seem to be trying to stick with a broad colour scheme that matched the element and they appear to not bother with the new tribes. Well I haven't had much interest in it so I haven't done any analysis and that's just a feeling. Well as far as aesthetics go I have more of a problem with Natlan being too much high tech. I guess I don't like Xilonen's DJ deck / record scratching as an idle animation, but Chasca's flying revolver just seems silly. I suppose they are supposed to all be cowboys? the Flower Feather Clan? Some of the weird angles she seems to have on her flying revolver remind me of a girl on an artificial bucking broncho machine. it's true that the Fatui have had firearms since v1.0 and I didn't have the same problem with Fontaine's rifles but Chasca just looks silly to me.
@@ShadowXImpact Perhaps the colouring of the tribal totem above the heads of the saurians (when you are ready to take them over) will be colour schemed correctly? Even so colour theory has always had it tough with elements because there's three blue-ish colours for hydro, cryo and anemo.
@@lleonidasion as I said in the video, the Saurians evolved based on the main characteristics of their land. Since Natlan is a tropical nation, I really can't see cold existing there, also considering how the Masters of the Night Wind don't look like they live in a cold area, so there shouldn't be a saurian that felt the need to adapt to the cold. So I don't think there's a Cryo Saurian, especially considering how many similarities there are between anemo and the Iktomisaurs, like their jumping, gliding, movement speed, all characteristics found in anemo characters (and the Anemo nation where the windglider was first created)
@@ShadowXImpact I see that, kind of funny though that cryo as an element is being ignored, there was no cryo in the heroes of natlan, there hasn't been a cryo character in the banners for quite some time and now there is no cryo saurian, since I guess that the saurian in the collective of plenty will be electro aligned
@lleonidasion I think it probably has something to do with what Snezhnaya is going to be, probably something that wasn't even born or supposed to be a nation to begin with, but this is my own speculation based on Pale Princess, and I can't really prove it in a more tangible way for now... Still, Phlogiston in Natlan is everywhere, and it's hot, so it would be weird that a tribe filled with Phlogiston (just like the others) could have ice that, somehow, doesn't melt... The whole thing about Natlan being tropical is because Phlogiston is everywhere in different forms
@@ShadowXImpact but isn't phlogiston the original form of elemental energy that then was split in the seven elements? So that would include cryo. Unless cryo is what remained after the other six where removed, I am just spitballing right now, no basis for that
@@lleonidasion yes, Phlogiston did split into the seven elements, but it doesn't necessarily mean that all seven elements must be in Natlan, just because they exist in the rest of the world. It's still a tropical land with Phlogiston everywhere, so it would make sense to think that ice would simply melt as a consequence. Even if we think that the Iktomisaurs are cryo, then it would be extremely strange for the Qucusaurs to be Anemo but also bright red, with not even a hint of turquoise anywhere in their design, and that would also mean that in Natlan, the land of Pyro, there aren't Pyro Saurians, so despite the Saurians descending from the Pyro vishaps, none of them retained their original element. There are only 6 of them, so one bwtween the Pyro Saurians and the Cryo Saurians doesn't exist, and personally, it's way easier to justify the existence of a pyro saurian rather than a cryo one
@@marcusbullock2753 usually, Genshin Impact is able to balance lore and fighting, so we should be safe, although I'm okay with tons of lore and little action, but this is the land of war, so it would be strange not to fight, right?

Yeah, the exploration seems incredible since we can finally fly in Teyvat, reason why I'm pulling for Chasca, so I can fly (hopefully) even outside of Natlan. On the contrary, I think each tribe represents the reaction associated with Pyro instead, so the Flower-Feather clan should be Pyro Swirl

We're now in Natlan and they're giving us more info about it (curiously now that Ochkanatlan is released), so we'll probably have to go there after the Archon Quest. all other saurians do things related to their elements + pyro
the cuqusaurus just reversed this order
@@Keiki-kun it could make sense, since they all originally were ancient dragons, so they all used Phlogiston, which then evolved in the other elements, but that would be a problem with the Iktomisaurs, that obviously can't be Cryo, because they would e d up using two completely opposite elements that negate each other, and that wouldn't make sense, and there wouldn't even be any element left, which is the reason why I still think the Qucusaurs are actually Pyro and they can simply fly just because they have wings (like the Consecrated Vultures), and the Iktomisaurs are Anemo.
@@ShadowXImpact though why attack the nation if strike the leylines does a much better job? Do you have to attack the nation to reach the leylines?

Though it's possible that ochkan is the sage but to me it looks like sage completed his mission by making a being that was powerful than both dragons and humans by combining both which resulted in a albedo like creature but with more self awareness it can be anything but to me sage probably couldn't become a being that was human yet dragon at the same time he experimented on his own kin ig i just think ochkanatlan is just made for dragons
Also i think the black dragon in mural is different from the pyro sovereign in the mural with xbalanque and it's description is also like that saying it was once a noble dragon who got corrupted and turned everything upside down and we know from the fact that it was indeed the SWC nibelung war that broke the corners of the world
@@osmial but there's a problem with what you said.
Yes, the world was on the verge of collapse because the fight between the dragons and the heavenly principles, which is also what superficially told us how the pyro sovereign got corrupted, because just like Apep, the dragons tried to accumulate and absorb forbidden knowledge, the "folly" of the dragons told in the Sage's story, and the folly (sometimes called temptation or, in Khaenri'ah, the secrets beyond the sky) is always forbidden knowledge

im prob totally wrong
but crepus also has red hair like the vanessa natlan tribe and ik that was proven wrong but just maybe
crepus is the 10th harbinger ill die on this hill😭
Even so colour theory has always had it tough with elements because there's three blue-ish colours for hydro, cryo and anemo.
so there is no cryo saurian ?
Too much lor will make me fall asleep so I need some action in my story quest.
@@marcusbullock2753 usually, Genshin Impact is able to balance lore and fighting, so we should be safe, although I'm okay with tons of lore and little action, but this is the land of war, so it would be strange not to fight, right?
FIRST I CLAIM FIRST
