I’m sitting here and going yes yes omg that makes sense I get it now!!! May the Lord bless both of you for doing this! For making us understand the Bible more and more!!!
I feel so blessed by this channel! Thank you so much for this! I always thought of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil and the Tree of Everlasting Life as something that God would eventually give to Adam and Eve to eat from, but it was not yet time. I see this as a mother, some things are not for our children YET. But by growing and obeying our rules, eventually they can stay up late, or go out with some friends, and so on. So I always thought about this, that God, as Father would have eventually give them the "forbidden fruit" , when it would be the right time...because why else would He put the trees in His Garden? God doesn't tempt us, the devil does. He just wants our obedience and our love. All else He will gladly give us in abundance. Just as we do with our children, and we are fallen and sinners. So all we do with our children, so does God with us, but SO MUCH MORE, because He is Good All The TIME! This said, I loved your interpretation, all the connections that you see, are so refreshing and helps me to grow in my faith and love. All Glory to God, The Most High! Jesus is KING 👑
Enjoying your show very much, been recommending it to everyone at Church. I have wondered if the dust Adam was made from was already corrupted by Satan's fall? Thanks!
Thank you so much for the kind words and for recommending the show to others-it’s such a blessing to hear! Your question is a fascinating one: “Was the dust Adam was made from already corrupted by Satan’s fall?” Let’s dig into Scripture and explore this together. In Genesis 1:31, after creating the heavens, the earth, and humanity, God looked over everything He had made and declared it “very good.” This tells us that creation, including the dust from which Adam was formed (Genesis 2:7), was perfect, untainted, and free from corruption at the time of Adam’s creation. God’s work is never flawed or corrupted-it is always perfect and intentional. When we talk about Satan’s fall, Scripture gives us clues that this event occurred before Adam and Eve’s temptation in the Garden of Eden. In Isaiah 14:12-15 and Ezekiel 28:12-17, we see descriptions of Satan’s rebellion, where he pridefully tried to exalt himself above God and was cast down. However, even though Satan had already fallen, his rebellion hadn’t yet brought corruption to God’s newly created world. Creation was still unspoiled, as God declared it “very good.” The corruption of creation began when sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s disobedience. Romans 5:12 explains: “Sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned.” Similarly, Romans 8:20-21 says that creation was “subjected to frustration” and is now groaning under the weight of sin, waiting for redemption. But before the Fall, everything-including the dust Adam was made from-was good, pure, and untouched by sin. Satan’s fall brought spiritual rebellion, but it did not immediately corrupt the physical earth or Adam’s creation. The physical corruption-death, decay, and brokenness-began when sin entered the world through Adam and Eve’s choices. This is why Jesus came: to redeem not only humanity but all of creation (Romans 8:21). Your question highlights how closely sin, creation, and redemption are connected in Scripture. It’s incredible to see God’s design and His plan to restore what sin has broken through Jesus Christ. Thank you for asking such a thoughtful question and for supporting the show! Keep sharing, and may God bless you as you continue to dig deeper into His Word.
