I have Aries rising with Mars in early Scorpio and Neptune in late Scorpio - but both ae behind the 8th house cusp. I've been trying to figure out if I use the whole-sign method and put them both in the 8th or where they fall with Placidus and they are in the 7th. The problem is my analysis is contradictory. It seems like Neptune is in the 7th (Placidus) with my idolizing or putting women on a pedestal which I remember from my younger days. BurNeptune in the 8th does not sound terribly off, however Mars in the 7th doesn't sound like me but Mars in the 8th sounds like more of a match. But that doesn't make sense - Neptune later in Scorpio seems to fir with the 7th but Mars in early Scorpio fits with the 8th. I have exactly the same issue with Saturn in early Aries and Venus in mid-Aries - Venus fits with the 12th house but Saturn fits with the 1st - oh boy, I won't be trying to read anyone's chart, that's for sure.
