@@eldo59 While prices are way better with Playmobil, but it’s a different product marketing to kids, scale is way off and the hearse is not a licensed Cadillac. Doesn’t really compared to what Hasbro is offering, vehicle to vehicle.
For $100 you can get 3.75 inch scale Ecto 1 and all the guys too. Ecto 1 available at all toy store sites and the ghostbusters are on preorder for a four pack of them due out sometime next year
I'm a Ghostbuster fan... But I don't know if I can push the activate switch on this sucker. I display the MEZCO Ghostbusters and those are BOSS! So my issue is does this vehicle scale well? If they had ANY photos of figures sitting in the vehicle I could make an educated guess.
@@UncleTimRantsReviews2.0 You're correct,on HASBRO Pulse there are two glamour shots of the figures sitting in the vehicle. But I can't see the leg room to hide my figures height,as MEZCO are closer to 7" scale. Thanks, Keep up the videos Uncle!

So how does this have more stuff then the engine of vengence but costs less ? Maybe one of these u tube toy company experts can explain that for me .And i dont think there are that many diehard ghostbuster fans out there since that line has died a thousand deaths .
Licensing Fees. Its ALL about licensing fees. Its why Star Wars haslabs don't get lights or sound at ALL. That eats into the budget for actually making the product.

@@RetroStarWars466 are you saying there were no licencing fees for ghostbusters because that would be pretty stupid .
No of course not. But I could say the same if you think the fees for Ghostbusters are the same as Marvel. Star Wars and Marvel products have an astronomical cost for the "privilege" of making them. And that cost eats into how much money can go into the product while still hitting the target price point.

@@RetroStarWars466 you have no idea what they pay for any license so you are speculating but i knew one of you would take the bait .
I laugh at people buying both kits... I'm like just buy 2 deluxe if you want both cars... smfh. Sell the second set of figures or keep them in box. Sell the extra 1A hardtop and magnetic danger stripes to someone who bought the regular set. If I was a ghostbuster fan I'd buy a single Deluxe but I'm not, thank goodness.
It's an amazing piece for sure and i hope it gets funded.
Yes
Honestly, this looks like a lot of value for the dollar. It's on point!
I honestly thought the deluxe was gonna be $700! But $75 more for 4 figures and extras.. that’s a deal if you are interested
Yes
I’ve never backed a Haslab, and I’m all in on the deluxe! Ecto-1A form GB2 man! All the figures and gear for an extra $75. That’s a deal
The deluxe model isn't just simply the "bells and whistle" model. The base is the Ecto 1 and the deluxe is the Ecto 1A; they are two different cars.
That is correct! It is interchangeable from the Ecto 1 to Ecto 1A! I’m in for sure ☝🏽☝🏽☝🏽
There's a Playmobil model that has working lights and sirens. I bought both Ecto-1 and Ecto-1A a couple of years ago for $100.
