in Florida you need a red flag or streamer on the tail end of board if its more than 3' back - for your safety. satellite beach cops ticket that one -- just a 99 cent red shop rag will do. elderly driver could rear-end your board from their bad vision and daytime drunk driving - this flag puts the law on your side then.
