While on a ten day solo tour to Kumaon Uttarakhand India from 20 th to 29 th September 2021,I visited this shawl factory in Kausani (a very beautiful hill station)and also saw how the shawls and jackets are made..this shawl factory is owned by Mr Kandpal and is located in the grameen haat where handmade pickles jams squash( especially Buransh) green tea manduwa grain atta( flour) pahadi daal ,tulsi kahwa etc and many other decorative handmade items are available..I loved visiting the place and phone number of the shawl factory owner has been given in a video clip there for all to know.. Infact he’s telling the number himself there.. very very pretty shawls and stoles; pashmina semi pashmina and all other variety too.. everything can be delivered at doorstep if contacted on the phone..
