I like how some of us thought it was just gonna be touching metal sonic in every sonic game but the video immediately averts(whatever it means) our expectation.

The top of Tails' plane is metal, that should've counted for Sonic 3
he doesn’t count cutscenes
Also, for Sonic Adventure 2 and the Sonic Riders games, Sonic is riding on an object with metal on/in it... The boards for the Riders games have metal as part of it, while the thing he's riding on in Adventure 2 is part of a plane.
Also, Springs should count as metal too since they're made out of it.
Sonic itself doesn't count and neither does things he is riding on, if it's part of the gameplay he being into it, if that was the case then All-Stars and TSR would also end right away because Sonic is in a car
Also, I think the plataform on the spring, the part on the top, is made out of plastic, only the spring coil on tge bottom is made out of metal
And what about speed panel? I think it's more of rubber than metal

Maybe it doesn't matter much since it probably would had been fast either way, but I personally didn't counted that metal Sonic Advance 2. Cause you can only go straight in that game, but that metal was front of the screen and in the background. Meaning, you can pass through it but not touchable. But oh well, lol XD

If everything counts, why didn't the tornado and sa2 board count
Things that are controlled by the player don't count so that clears the SA2 board, as well as the Sonic Riders extreme gear. As for the Tornado, that was during a cutscene in which the player doesn't control the character so that's why it doesn't count. Hope that clears it up.

For sonic 3, I think you forgot youre on the tornado, A FUCKING METAL PLANE. In Sonic and the Black Knight, you have METAL HAND ARMOR AND YOURE TOUCHING A METAL SWORD! In Adventures 2 and Riders 1&2, you touch a METAL SKATEBOARD when you just FUCKING SPAWNED!
