Highlights programme? It was 19 minutes before we actually saw any of the competitors, having had to endure the usual pro-am rubbish played by goodness knows who, as there were no names on the screen to identify them! Another four minutes before 'action' from the final day, accompanied by irritating plinkey-plonk muzak and eventually.......some golf from the real contenders. This was just an awful programme. Try having a look at how they do highlights programmes on the Euro Pro Tour and learn from them. These guys still produce great golf, so give them the kind of coverage they deserve.

It’s also about promoting the tour, Amateur entrance fees @ £2k plus help to finance and keep the Tour going. So it would be a difficult decision to exclude them and thank them for their support
