you can go to search bar and type sip || rtp, You will get the sip and rtp protocol

How can we start troubleshooting for one way audio / no audio or call become silent after 5-10 seconds ?

Start it from very basic things, Like whether its an issue with one phone or many phones, If single phone then we can check the physical device, If multiple phones then we can check whether its for whole site or for just few users then we can check things on Switch whether there is a FW issue or something else, Then you can check it out on wireshark, It gives you a brief idea about the issue

You can install it but you need to mention each and every detail like how much storage and how many gigs of RAM like these, because that OVA is just a template
