Welcome to another color repaint challenge :D The next most requested color was green so here we are ^^ In this video I repaint a doll using all my green art supplies that has to do with the repainting process. I think guys look awesome with makeup! So when I see guy dolls with intense outlining on their eyes I just love it! I used to know a guy who wore dark eye makeup, I was kind of in love with him.

Brown? You can go in so many directions with brown: a sweet, chocolate-inspired doll, an exotic desert nomad, a warm, woodsy, nature guardian... so many ideas!
You should showcase all the dolls, and take about the process, and which one you liked?

Guys frequently have skin that’s a little darker where their beard would be. 5 o’clock shadow if you will. I think it might have looked nice to try to darken his lower face a little more.

I think you did awesome at doing a male repaint doll. I like watching artists repaint male dolls, you don't get to see it all too often. Would love if you painted more males in the future.

Why not make a male character that’s into makeup I recently came across a manly man that’s comfortable wearing makeup he was very handsome

It turned out amazing! My only critique is that the eyebrows (at least to me) are a bit too arch-y and well groomed. Men typically have short, straight, and thicker eyebrows. I really think that small detail would have put this doll over the edge! Excellent work :)

tip for future male dolls: less curve more square and try to male the eyelids as close to the dolls skin tone as possible. And i would try a very thin not very defining eyeliner.And the eyebrows can be thick and curved not pointed

Honestly, I like the guy body. I definitely feel you on the art thing. Unless angles and sharp edges are your thing, you're going to have a harder time drawing men. Like me as well. But that doesn't necessarily mean you have to make ALL men like that. Maybe you could take a male doll next time, if you're feeling the challenge, and apply all those feminine qualities. No two guys are made the same, and it's be cool to see!

I love green, I have to admit I was a little worried bout how this was gonna turn out with green, but like always it looks awesome! I agree that male dolls would be difficult when used to doing female ones cuz females wear makeup so I think that would put a wrench in the shading and stuff but it turned out amazing none the less. I really like this one!

Ive been drawing guys more most of the time and I can usually freehand a dude without much effort (or create a more androgynous look), but I find drawing ladies so much more difficult- especially cutesy characters? I find that whenever I for for larger eyes they always end up looking much smaller than originally wanted in comparison to the whole face 😂

For someone who's not very comfortable painting male characters, this turned out very nice. The intensity of his eyes and brows makes him look like Yul Brynner to me (bonus points if you know who he is). Very handsome!
