      White chocolate ganache.. normally a ratio of 3:1 meaning for every 300g of chocolate I use I add a 100 mls of cream x

    I’m not sure if you realise but it looks as though you take a pin from your mouth to attach the stencil

      Hi Therese.. thanks for the comment and welcome here! Yes the pin was on held between my lips ( still from my mouth nonetheless).. I could explain what was happening before that but I admit a pin on the lips isn't ideally hygienic so please dont be like me.
      Probably helps to note the cake was for a customer turned friend so she didn't mind ..I have a few videos on here where I'm stencilling and there are no pins involved,hopefully you found the video helpful and valuable.
