Great info. I had a concussion 6 months ago, but 3 months after i was exposed to a toxic gas. My sleep completely disappeared and im struggeling with sleep beyond belief. 1.5 hour per night is a good night sadly. This is torture, i also have dry eyes, mouth, sinuses. And bad tinnutus. Can sleep improve with concussion??
I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through-it sounds incredibly tough. Sleep disturbances can definitely happen after a concussion, and recovery varies for everyone. The toxic gas exposure could also be contributing to your symptoms like dry eyes, mouth, and tinnitus. It might help to see a neurologist or concussion specialist to evaluate your situation and a sleep specialist for strategies to improve your sleep. Tinnitus can make sleep even harder, so an audiologist might be able to help with that too. Recovery can take time, but with the right support and care, improvement is possible. Hang in there, and don’t hesitate to reach out for professional help! ❤️
