I drove through with my wife and kids, I heard at least five shots and had what sounded like gravel hitting our vehicle. I was in the passing lane, and traffic was spread out, so all I can conclude is that some of those rounds were aimed at us. Instead, they hit the center divider. There was already one vehicle pulled over and another swerved over to the shoulder. I was headed northbound. I figured it was road rage on the southbound side and didn't find out what really happened until we got home..y wife did talk to Kentucky state police. Scary as hell after processing what really happened 😳 we're all good.

What you say about the mental health crisis is so true!!!! It's not a gun issue!!! It's the mental health crisis. If people want to get guns, they will. If you want to hurt yourself or hurt someone bad enough, you will.

I'm about 45 mins from London the guy that did it lives in out county
We live in Whitley county down on Bee Creek Road aka highway 1193 it scared my family when we heard about it

I live n Knox Co but was n Lexington when this happened and I was supposed to go home Saturday but my daughter kept asking me to stay one more night and thank goodness I did bc if I’d left when I was going to, I’d been going through there when this was happening! We didn’t know anything about this until about 6pm. I can’t imagine what those poor ppl were going through. 🤦♀️

Complain to your city leadership to call the governors office to activate reserve military to go retrieve their rogue asset. This is my best advice to anyone during this. No point in living like prisoners in your own homes now might be a good time to take some classes and get a concealed license and some training in marksmenship to be capable of defending your home and loved ones.
Not trying to be a jerk just saying I don’t get the point of living in fear while the local law enforcement fumble around trying to catch a army reserve person who’s trained to survive in the wilds and avoid capture.
Seems they’re in over their head and they need to get the agency that trained him to retrieve their rogue asset.

A dismissed charge doesn't remove it from your record! Any official who pulls ya over and runs ya, it will show a dismissed charge for whatever crime you was originally charged with. Ask me how u know !

If it's just like driving a vehicle, then people need to pass a license test.
Assault weapons are not needed for any reason.
Ar 15 is a sporting rifle I respectfully disagree 😊 guns shouldn't be restricted on what you can have do agree that guns don't kill people it's evil people with them or mentally ill

It happened off highway 776 the person that shot there has been arrested not connected with Laurel County shooting
