you’re in my prayers glo. would menthol cough drops help soothe your throat for now instead of taking advil & tylenol? i know what you mean about the head space. this week has been up & down..mostly down but i’m trying daily not to let it get the best of me. keeping myself preoccupied w/planner stuff helps but yeah..it’s hard. i’m ready for spring/summer!! huGs 💚
