Born and raised in the alpine town of Kohima, Nagaland. Tiatuba moved to Delhi and completed his bachelor's in commerce. He worked in a Management Consulting company as an Associate for two and a half years. But he always felt that a spark was missing.
When he got to know about the RBI and its integrity through the book of Raghuram Rajan, he knew that this was it. Clearing RBI was never a matter of IF for him but a WHEN.
His self-awareness and right strategy proved to be the Game-changing element and made him crack RBI Grade B in the first attempt. A truly giant feat to achieve.
He applied all the right strategies preached by our mentors, sharpened his strengths, eliminated his weaknesses, and achieved the rank of AIR 165 on his first attempt. His strategy and approach are the archetypes of what a successful student is. Goes on to prove that success can be found at the intersection of hard work and smart work.

Manish sir, who is a born teacher, is a physics honours graduate from DU. @@lucylucy8226 Grade B, I don't think there's so many.....
@@zms2410 RBI grade b exam may not be well known like UPSC exam,but this exam is not foreign to us either. I personally know four middle aged people working there as GMs and AGM from my own community.
It is difficult to say that he is the only one from the native of Nagaland who has cracked RBI Grade B exam. But we as the team are proud that he is one of our student who has reached this prestigious position in an organization like RBI. I hope this is an inspiration for you too.
