I think often it's the pressure of trying to force out something meaningful on a schedule. That doesn't exactly work, for me I make videos on fresh things that I would be inspired by even without this social media dynamic and use this as a good excuse to deeply explore those things

Yeah totally agree - I think the mounted pressure also comes from when creating becomes your main source of income and your job. In the beginning it's easy to find less pressure in the content you post, but eventually it continues to escalate. Then you have no choice but to crunch. I've found escapes in starting small side projects that have little to no pressure attached to them - definitely something to consider as well
