You have to backup and restore in a new subscription, or you can give the credential details of the database. then you can access it from another subscription

I successfully read data from in.csv file and upload it into table present in azure database but if i have to only push single specific record from in.CSV file not all columns to table in azure database.
So, how can i do it.
