They made every Serie a fun proud , Thx Atlanta
As an Inter fan, I wanted Atalanta to win because I love Serie A. This is the greatest victory of the season
As an ac milan fan, I respect your sentiment. Even though you guys won the trebble, you say that atalanta winning in europe is the biggest win of the season. That is commendable
😂
Mike is right. His definition of being a winner in football, which is different to being a winner in life, was to win trophies. Gasperini has now met that definition, congrats to him
So Happy for Italian football, massive Calcio fan from the UK, love the podcast!
A statue of Gasperini should be built at the Gewiss Stadium. He has influenced many coaches. Even Pep has taken a leaf out of Misters book. Tactically astute. He has built 3 teams in 8 years. Phenomenal. They play football the way it should be.
Congratulations to Atalanta and Gasperiani. What a game ❤

As a serie a supporter from India since 90s , very happy for the Atalanta win. Well deserved for Gasperini. Even Mourinho during his serie a stint always destined gasperini as master tactician

Thank you Antonio for always believing in the Atalanta club’s project ,and supporting Gasperini's work over the last 8 years, thanks also to Marco who has always had great respect and admiration for Atalanta. I can't say the same thing for Mike, don't get me wrong , he is a great guy but like many other people he didn't understand that it is not necessary to win a trophy to be considered a great team, an example is Netherlands in the 70s, they lost 2 world finals but they are remembered in the history of football as one of the greatest teams. So even without trophies, Gasperini Atalanta will be remembered for years to come.As he has said many times,”we don't have a trophy but we have won many medals “. This fantastic coach together with Sacchi, changed the Italian football, but unlike Sacchi it seems that many coaches in Italy try to follow his philosophy.
IFTV boys on fire with the uploads 🔥🔥🔥
now scamacca has to be our striker for the euros. technique iq and finishing combined in 1,90m hight what a player. also Ederson was everywhere he surely also walked back to Bergamo
Mikes right, if Gasperini lost that match 3 nill they would all have a different tone towards him as a coach. That right there is the difference between a winner and someone who's just been successful. He's a winner now. congrats Atalanta!
Gasperini has been a winner for more than 5 years. I've been saying all along how much I would like that man at Juventus. Why? Because he overperformed yearly. That's a sign of a Winner. Trophies are great, but if you become 4th, 5th, 6th regularly in a League where you realistically should fight relegation yearly, you are a winner. He proved that he can do it against the best, without having nearly as good of a team as the others. Give him a Chiesa and Vlahovic and they score 50 goals together year in year out. However, I think he should stay at Atalanta. The cultural fit is perfect and I really want Atalanta to keep pushing as it makes Serie A so much better.
Gasperini nailed it! 🙌🏼
Forza Atalanta so excited my team has finally done it, and i can't wait to see the footage of Bergamo city it will be going off💙🖤💙🖤. Kudoso to you guys too for bringing this podcast out quickly. Love watching you guys from Australia.
So happy for Atalanta, as a Roma fan I think our club could learn a lot from Atalanta’s success, I hope we can see similar success in a near future
PS: Mike’s arguments are terrible
Praying we get a late night Fiorentina video in a few days time 💜
Antonio treated Mike like a well known Greek stereotype right from the hop!
IFTV are finally doing what i have long expected of them. Releasing my videos especially immediately after matches like this. Soon I look forward to the come back of watch along
Atalanta was absolutely PERFECT. Not a single mistake. They smothered Leverkusen and didn't give them a chance to breathe for 90 minutes.
Thanks guys for the episode, hopefully this a repeat for fiorentina next week, forza Viola 💜
FORZA SERIE A BABY!!! 🇮🇹 💪 🔥🔥🎊
Guys, credit on the Italian managers, this year they can win all 3 trophies 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
To attribute the "winners" tag only to those who have won trophies, is a very shallow and linear manner of viewing the game in my opinion. You can be a winner in so many different ways, massively exceeding the clubs objectives for a start. When you consider all of Gasparini's feats and accomplishments throughout his career, he is very much a winner. Be it the way in which he has transformed the profile of the club - traditional relegation strugglers to continental football regulars, consistently besting teams with far greater resources at home and abroad, the magical memories he has given the fans, the way in which he improves almost every player - by some margin - he coaches (compare this to Allegri, it's almost the exact reverse), the way he raises the value of his players and the finances of the club (would Atalanta have been able to purchase their stadium and rennovate it without Gasp's success?), his tactical excellence, versatility and style of play.... I could go on.
Italy 🇮🇹 as 6 CL spots now
Atalanta will finish 3 or 4 in the league.
we saw 8 years of work vs 2, that was Papu , illicic, Gosens's Atalanta showing up for the occasion
I think Mike's point of Atalanta's Improvement is a good one.
Lookman is a beast 🇳🇬
🔥🔥🔥
Been waiting for this video to drop!! Congratulations Atalanta! You deserve it after that masterclass!
imagine that the whole atalanta team earns as much as the single player Casemiro from Man Utd. And even Inter last year was in the same position against Man City and almost won. Italian football is more alive than ever
PL players are definitely massively overpaid. I hope their clubs will bankrupt soon… but they won’t.

Shock move Juventus signs Gasperini and pulls the contract they offered Thiago Motta 😭😂
I like the way Italien fans actually appreciate it when they win a trophy. West Ham won the conference league and they shat on their manager.
I love the way he says Xabi 😂. I never get tired of it
R9 would have been proud of 3rd goal.
I just want to say I FOOKIN love this Channel and you guys man. Such a treat for us Serie A fans. And #ForzaInter 💯🦾
If Spalletti doesn’t perform in the azzurri, a great replacement for our beloved 🇮🇹 could be Gasparini
I disagree with Marco except one thing. The game against Juventus doesn’t make Gasperini a loser. But the game against Leverkusen DOES make him a winner and a great coach, as Gaetano said. Because, this is not based on one random game. This is a final. And as in any final, you are facing one of the two best teams in the competition alongside yourself. So, winning it can really determine whether you’re a good coach or a great coach. In my opinion, at least.
I suppose we all have our own criteria, and yours is most certainly the consensus. For me, there are numerous layers, achievements, which can determine whether a coach, or player, is a winner. During his time at Atalanta, Gasparini has smashed the clubs objectives, punching far beyond their weight. He has raised the profile of the club considerably - making them a household name throughout the footballing World; increased the value of the club, which has assisted them in purchasing and rennovating their stadium; increased the fanbase; improved almost every player he has coached, raising their values exponentially in the process; outperformed clubs with considerably deeper pockets; qualified for continental football repeatedly and getting to the latter stages; built and rebuilt several great teams; consistently exhibited a high degree of tactical acumen, versatility and playing styles; influenced many talented up-and-coming coaches; provided his supporters and many football fans with so many magical displays and results.... I've probably left many things out. Just one or two of these feats makes him a winner in my book, and taken in aggregate it makes him a great, a coach who will be long remembered, and rightly so.
Greetings to all of the IFTV family!
Congrats to Bergamo. This win is more important than Napoli winning the Scudetto last year. This win is for all the people of Bergamo. This win is for all those who passed away in Bergamo in 2020 from Covid. This trophy weighs more than any other trophy. We witness history in the making. Lookman is now a club legend without a doubt.
Nice words, bro.
lookman just scored a freaking final hat trick, a 40mins video and yall won't even talk about him extensively...pretty shameful from from you guys do better!.. that man deserves his flowers.
Cracked up at the Sassuolo shout from Mike at 25:17
😂😂😂 same
I think each club has a different goal and if you reach that goal then you can be considered a winner. For example if you’re overweight and you want to lose 50 pounds, you could lose those pounds and be happy because you reached your goal. But say a really motivated person who can afford the best meal prep and trainers and stuff has a goal of losing pounds, this persons goal is to become a body builder. The first person who has little to no experience isn’t going to become a bodybuilder when there’s people with way more experience and money. That’s why I think smaller teams like bologna for example are considered winners this season despite not winning any trophies, and also the same reason why Real Madrid are considered winners for winning the la liga this season.
So happy for Atlanta Gaspirni what a game well deserved Lukman was incredible FORZA Calcio 🖤💙😍👏
Mike and Gaetano are spitting. Gasperini is a legend and a very SUCCESSFUL manager - relative to how well he has developed Atalanta given their resources, however, the Europa trophy made him a WINNER/CHAMPION.
I love Antonio from the beginning HOT into Mike
Congratulations Atalanta and Gasperini
The "Neverkusen" nickname doesn't come from them never giving up and winning late it actually comes from them never winning, and actually being runners up/ Losing finals. Which is hilarious because that's what they did.
Our mistake. We meant the new one they said this year “never losin”. Too many things to think about that fell thru the cracks
🔘👀🆕️ Di Marzio : "Thiago Motta isn’t sold on Chiesa , he’s not his first choice.

@@randomguy-zb4tl That is another angle to look at the story
Yes, really happy for Atalanta but at the same time we need to think why Milan isn't winning
Siuuuiiiiiiuuuuuuiiiiuuuu
Gasperini would not thrive at any of the big clubs. The big clubs have too much immediate pressure to perform right away. MIlan couldn't get the best out of CDK because they couldn't afford to let him "grow" in their system. But Atalanta doesn't have the same kind of pressure/expectation. He can let players grow more naturally and eat some losses in the meantime. I would expect him to stay in Bergamo but he might go to a team like Bologna or Monza where he can stay out of the limelight while his team "grows".
Marco 1963 only and last time they ever won a trophy
I want Fiorentina to win in Conference League but as a Neapolitan, we don't deserve to be in any European competition next year...is it bad that I hope Napoli doesn't make it?
Gasparini start played for Juventus, Started as youth manager for Juventus the winning Juventus DNA is in him, he did learn it there! Just like Capello and Conte! "Vincere non è importante, è l'unica cosa che conta"
I know people will hate it that i say it! but Fact is Facts! U can be as mad as u want, at me for saying it or for Gasparini winning, but once u are in the club ur learn the winning mentality that is in the clubs DNA just ask Ibrahimovic Evra Pirlo Baggio Zizu etc etc about it!
Winning with style is the highest form of winning. That’s why all fans of football like La Dea.
@@andjelkozlotvor "VINCERE NON È IMPORTANTE È L'UNICA COSA CHE CONTA " is what Gasparini has learn from his early years he started as a player in Juventus he started as Manager as Juventus Primavera Manager! Once you play for the black and white you will get winning mentality and knows how it is to be a Winner
Yup apologies 0:50 please 😊
Marco is right. Everybody else is crazy honestly, how can Gasperini improve in one week? He even said it himself, but you guys disagree with him??🤣🤣 One game doesn't change anything. If Lookman hit the crossbar 3 times Gasperini would still be a GENIUS
Altlanta were 10/10 but Leverkusen were dissapointing. Roma had joy against them but they never learned their lesson and there was no plan B. It's like they thought their desire and passion would be enough over tactics.

Guys, as you see, the Euros is in weeks, and Italy has a players crisis. I would like you to discuss why the mangments and coaches like Pioli and Inzagi depend on average foreign players and wait for many years until they become good players, while they send the talent full out. Pioli uesed the Serbian 19 years defender in the first team and almost no one of 4 primavera stars, sia, camarda,..
Inzagi played so little and sent Zanoti and Bellanova and brind the bad German guy, now the best midfielder in the intiered Europe in tearm of numbers Fratezi, and keep play with weakest player in Inter (Mukhtarian) and Italiano with Sotil and Castrovilli. De Rossi with Pissili, Motta with Orsiliniand the second goalkeeper. And and ..
