Polina was great, and to think how randomly they've met. It's always amazing to me what small decisions and interactions can lead to. Like, she saw his twitch, they started talking, went to karaoke and became friends, some time passes and they both randomly meet h3h3 parents in Barcelona. Life is full of surprises, you just gotta let it suprise you sometimes. RIP Byron

I’ve been watching through a lot of Reckful’s old videos since I heard the news. I wasn’t a religious viewer of his twitch channel or anything but his travel vlogs and videos with other streamers brought me a lot of joy, I’m sure a lot of his viewers felt the same way. He seemed to be a genuine and thoughtful person who cared deeply for the people in his life and as a viewer, it was comforting to have such a great insight into who he was as a person. I’ve suffered from BPD since my late teens so I could relate to the struggles that Reckful went through, it’s hard living in this world with a mental illness and I feel a lot of sadness knowing that he had to endure the pain that he did. I’m scared that my life will end the same way because of my illness, Reckful’s success gave me hope that things would turn out alright but his passing is a harsh reminder that mental illness is indiscriminate. I hope his family will be able find peace and know that his death wasn’t their fault. Mood disorders eat away at you like a cancer and it’s hard to pull yourself out of your darkest moments. Rest In peace Byron, we’ll really miss you.
