Maybe if you grew up in a place like this it might not seem all that impressive but to someone like me who grew up in a small one bedroom apartment with no yard to play in, it's pretty damn impressive! I think 'how large or spacious' this house might appear depends on what country you live in & what type neighborhood & home you're used to. Where I come from, this home would be classified as older middle class, meaning, you purchase it for approx. $130K with an additional $60K going towards renovations to 'modernize' it. Then everyone living in the house, including the dog & cat have jobs in order to help pay for it. Of course it would be foolish to pay it off & eliminate a great tax deduction

I think 'how large or spacious' this house might appear depends on what country you live in & what type neighborhood & home you're used to. Where I come from, this home would be classified as older middle class, meaning, you purchase it for approx. $130K with an additional $60K going towards renovations to 'modernize' it. Then everyone living in the house, including the dog & cat have jobs in order to help pay for it. Of course it would be foolish to pay it off & eliminate a great tax deduction
