I've been testing this deck at 40, 50 and 60 cards and the crazy thing ive observed is that it's just as consistent at any card count. 50 cards you just add a few extra cards and the synchros, 60 cards you just add more of the snake eyes engine and a couple more race cards if you want. It's kinda crazy

Not a huge fan of poplar or bonfire in this deck. When I did run them I ended up skipping poplar’s second effect a lot of the time since it just tends clog my back row until I get a diabel to clear it out.
Poplar+bonfire+SS definitely adds consistency but I just don’t like the potential back row clog myself. Seems to play consistently enough without them for me. Results may vary.

For sure, in testing I have found that myself. The only real time Ill use its effect to set to backrow is if I have Diabel in hand and I want a cheap send
just an advice here
having 2 turb is good cause it gives you more flexibility if you draw it and plays better through disruptions like ghost mourner or labrynth traps
and playing over 40 is optimal in this deck to minimize the chances of drawing the traps / turb going 2nd
Yeah I talk about the balance of playing at 40+ at the end, I know a lot of people do play it at 50ish and its a good idea. I just play it at a lower count since we have Maxx C to contend with
Some people runs super poly including me which rn is a good board breaker and idk I never liked selene

Thats, I appreciate that! I honestly really like the match-up, I think Rescue Ace is going to settle in real nice as one of the biggest contenders against it. If Rescue-ACE goes first and isnt totally shut down, SE will have a real hard time against them

Im using spright elf in my rescue ace deck i always protect turbulence the most important thing to rescue ace
You definitely could, thats not a bad idea. I typically value the link climb but Turb is definitely a big Imperm/Veil target
Rescuing the meta.. a deck that is just another variant of the already meta deck LOL!
But I do like rescue ace for being an actually well designed archetype that is more than just generic boss spam. Turbulence is legitimately one of the coolest main deck boss monsters I’ve seen in recent years.

@@user-lz3nq2oe2h I would say it’s a meta contender but pure snake eyes is still the best deck. If I had to give it a tier I’d maybe call it high tier 2? Sinful Rescue ace in id argue has worse recursion, but it’s boards can be very oppressive and doesn’t as easily proc cards like Talents since you can first rely on your rescue ace backrow to disrupt plays.
But I’d need to see a few more tournaments before I’m sold on that.

Yeah, I think the deck is designed fantastically. Im not sure how heavily many are going to lean into the Snake Eye aspect of the deck, although I dare say we are going to see a lot of 50-60 piles with full SE and R-ACE engines
ive never played rescue ace (only cause the monsters dont look really cool), but seeing how u play it and the understanding of it, i MIGHT have to give it a shot! also loving the new style, layout etc for the vid
