What makes Askin so damn impressive is that he is the most normal of the schutzstaffel. While characters like Pernida, Gerard and Lille are akin to demigods with powers that verge on insanity Askin is just an extremely clever guy with plenty of tricks up his sleeve.
That's why bro is my favorite, he's the most normal of the lot, yet is extremely cool, hilarious and self aware. Plus he's logical and even when defeated he was pretty chill and didn't throw a tantrum or was in disbelief

I feel like Uryu’s brief fight with Jugram is pretty underrated. Sure he loses, but he manages to survive a fight with Jugram with a lesser Almighty, pretty insane yet understated moment.
He’s not a perfect counter to Gerard tho if he kills him he comes back and then he gets strong enough to hurt jurgram and then he uses the balance until gearad gets strong enough to 1 shot him he has no means to kill gearad

(Uryu’s perfect counter to yh) askin should be placed higher for example. Depending on how death dealing actually works, he may be able to gain immunity to lillie or maybe others. I mean, he would gain immunity to their arrows and spiritual pressure very quickly. But does it also work on other schrifts? In theory based on what we know of its workings, he could become immune to all schrifts and abilities except the almighty (because anything seen by the almighty in any future cannot be used to harm him).
Well the thing is,Ryod alone did not beat kenpachi,If he was in his base form Kenpachi might win but idk.But his schrift does not only copy other appearance but also some of their physical attributes and powers.He is strong but most people forget how his powers work so they jist say he alone in his base is strong.

I'm glad royd loyd got on this list considering he was the brother that mimicked memories and spirit, he held off yamamoto for quite awhile, and he did such a good job on fighting him and holding him off while Yhwach went to try and recruit aizen that he himself congratulated him and told him a job well done. And he beat the shit outta kenpachi before his training so +5 points

Gremmy is dumb and doesn’t have amazing control or usage of his powers. His powers are absolutely busted potentially top 3 most busted abilities in bleach, but he’s awful at using them. So i’d say he’s fine at 7.

Jugram and Ishida’s shrifts may be similar but don’t forget Jugram literally has almighty as well as that. While it’s not a perfect version it still gives him the edge over Uryu

Gremmy should definitely be higher. “But he’s dumb!” No the fuck he’s not. Everyone else had years to practice and use their abilities. Meanwhile everyone feared Gremmy to the point they kept him locked. So an ability based on imagination, and they kept him locked away the entire time. And even with that limited understanding, he produced sentient life that had its own consciousness, abilities, and skill. “But he killed himself.” He did indeed, but people always confuse why. It’s been said by Gremmy, and it’s been confirmed. It’s not that he couldn’t imagine a power so monstrous like Kenpachi’s, he couldn’t think of a fitting body. Had he imagined a proper body, he would have been on, at minimum, the same level of Kenpachi while still having his schrift. He’s not number one or anything like that by any means, but he’s not 7.
It would be a fun thing if we saw a battle between Uryu, Jugram and Gerard. One who can't be hurt, two guys who can transfer their pain and suffering to you, and a guy who just becomes stronger when hurt. It would be mind-blowing. Personally, I believe Uryu would have ranked even higher, as high as top 2 if he had more time to train his abilities.

I remember when I thought Askin was Aizen from the TYBW opening, and that he had joined them.
Jugram > Lille Barro > Gerard > Pernida > Askin > Uryu > Gremmy > Royd Lloyd. The Pernida downplay is insane. Pernida was one of the orig elite sterns and can't see much who can counter infinite evolution and the compulsory. Lille is just too broken.
