Personally don’t think that Vinny guessing Rotom should’ve counted, mainly because the different forms have slight variations in the color scheme, so Vinny should’ve had to guess the form too. Only fair since Shady did guess Gastrodon, which has about as similar of a color scheme to Shellos as the different forms of Rotom do to each other. And because of the whole Tinkaton guess as well, which also shared basically the same color scheme. Overall though, loving this type of video. It’s much less cheatsy and gives them much more balanced teams.
There's a difference between forms and completely different evolutionary stages and each of the evolutionary stages have a different color palette, even if the colors are quite similar (so Tinkatuff would have the copper over its head while the other two have it lower in the list). Either way, shady pulling the Balanced Hackmons set for Palkia-O was pretty cheatsy...Steam Eruption and Dragon Energy are two signature moves of two totally different Pokémon and neither belong to any form of Palkia (Volcanion and Regidrago, respectively).

No, think Shady just accidentally used a STABmon set from Smogon. I've only seen like one video of the STABmon format, but seems like a pokemon can have any move possible, so long as the attacking moves match their typing. That's why Steam Eruption and Dragon Energy are its only damage moves, Palkia is a Water/Dragon type. Strength Sap is there because it's a status move, doesn't do damage.
