Hamburger stew as my mom used to call it but it is more soup consistency. 2lbs hamburger and salt and pepper and brown it, then add 2 cans any kind of green beans, 2 cans of any kind of tomatoes and then 4 cups of water and bring to a boil and add elbow macaroni to it. Cook until pasta is cooked. Serve with garlic toast or bread or rolls and a nice salad with ranch dressing and it is very filling and very quick. Can be made thicker like a stew by adding a slurry.

It is horrible to pay the very high costs of "professional" work just to find all sorts of issues. The same thing happened to us with painters. Paid for the whole inside of the house, ceiling, frames, etc. They didn't tape anything off. But like you said, "what can ya do?" Also, your food always looks soo good! no i am not bored at all in fact i am enjoying it ,it what real life is like when getting things done , and not all the same we had window framing =painting= doors -put in framing around doors = and all the cooking :) so i loving the watch . and there's nothing worse then paying for work and it a cowboy job is good job tim knows what he doing . love watching you both, happy valentines and happy birthday

Hi sweet Valerie. You guys are making great progress and owe no one an apology for where you're at in the process. Having gone through a recent renovation makes me very understanding because we stayed in our home during the process. My girls and I slept in one room while our home was gutted and refurbished. Needless to say, the end result made us very proud and the overall process drew us so much closer. I know it's tough, but hang in there. You've got a great husband and he is picking up the slack from a shady company. In the end, I have no doubt that your hubby will make sure you're happy and you'll definitely make him proud once you work your magic. I'm making a Crock-Pot mission got me for Christmas a great big old crock pot for the nice roast I couldn't enforce and then I put some carrots red potatoes pearl onions two packages of onion soup mix some fresh bunch of fresh garlic and let it cook before 5 hours and it's delicious to meats nice and tender

For dessert I made my husband a Black Forest cake. Both of us are stuffed! It’s nice to,hear such good things you feel about Tim. My husband and I don’t really celebrate Valentines Day but I do try to make a special dinner and a nice dessert. Tonight I have made lasagna roll ups with garlic Hawaiian rolls and made from scratch cheese cake with a homemade blueberry topping. Happy Valentines Day Valerie and Happy Birthday also.
