I grew up in Tularosa. There are some really beautiful places that the ditch water runs through. The house I grew up in had a head gaye that would fill up enough to get in the water in the summer and play around when we were kids. You could hear the water running outside of my bedroom window. There were a lot more trees back in fhe 70s and 80s. Some streets were dark. Almost like driving through a tunnel. Beautiful town.
I mentioned that it comes from a river north of town that attracted the original settlers. The water that flows is diverted by property owners and used to water landscaping, so it ends up soaking into the ground. I'm testing a couple of mics to improve the sound. Thanks for the comment.
Nothing better than to sit under the trees in June (Our hottest month) and watch the wate in the ditches,,,
Yeah, anything to suggest cooler temperatures.

Sounds great! Still a nice town.
Why didn't you go and show the source of the water? Where does it end up? Speak up or get a lavaliere mic. Great little town.
