David, my bro…no need to flip salmon. Hit the grill with some non-stick (before it’s lit lol), grill skin side down for 8-10 minutes, when you start to see a few little white globs on the top it’s ready and should slide right off. 👍

Have you considered it could be the fin impacting your gains?, I say this not as a know it all but it has been shown to impact negatively muscle growth. Now with this said you can have an even better physique with TRT if you remove the fin from the equation.
David, do you really only do 17-20 sets in a workout? I'm not hating that just low for an advanced lifter. Do you find that's enough to maintain your high level?

its crazy to me how wildly different calorie intake can be between two people. i am probably close to davids height at 5'10, and already down about 10 lbs since jan 1, im at 188 today. i am eating HALF the amount of calories as david at 1650 in order to lose weight and gain muscle. its sickening lol. it feels impossible and progress is so slow and i have 15 ish more lbs to go in order to be happy with how i look. which is another 3-4 months. the takeaway here is NEVER fall out of shape in your 20s or it will haunt you for a long time. i dont want to date, i dont want to put mysylf out there, i dont want to do anything because of how self conscious/insecure i feel with my shirt off. not giving up this time. cheers
