I downloaded the pattern twice because I thought I got the wrong one. The pattern start’s from the top, raglan option. The videos starts with the legs first. The pattern doesn’t seem to match the video.

Thank you so much for this pattern! I noticed that sometimes you knit through the back, and sometimes through the front. Most of the time it corresponds to the K (through the front) or P (through the back), but sometimes it doesn't. I was wondering why this is? Thanks again!
Hi Megan. Yes, you are right. Everything depends on how i grab the yarn in the previous round and whether knit in rounds or in rows. That's not a rule or mistake, just knit and purl as you usually do. At the end it will not change the pattern or the result. Let me know if you have other questions and thank you for your comment. I been trying to work on this for over 2 days trying to make this for my grandson smh so frustrating
I twisted my work in round 11 time frame 20:16. My question is when you stated at the end of round 10 to know all next 6 rounds, then do the knit, cable and purl round. Did you mean to repeat round 8 time frame 16:31??? I'm so confused ugh smh.......

Thank you so much for this video! I have the written pattern but as I am a visual learner this is so much easier. My only question is, I am on the first leg- if I do two more braids then I will end with a knitting round and then do I do one more cable round and after that cut the yarn do the next leg also end on a cable round so when I cast on the extra stitches I have a knitting round and then just go with the 6 rows alternating one round purl plus knit and the next knit until I reach a cable round again? I am sorry if the question is confusing but I am really not sure what to do
Hi. I got your question. You can knit one more round after the last cable twist. I did not do it. I did round with cable twist and then cut the yarn. Let me know if you have other questions.

My problem is, you know how when you do the cast on and you have the short yarn with the long yarn together, well mine be the short yarn be at the bottom and long yarn be at the top. then when i do the purl and knit the second row after the yarn being so tight it be tight and tied into a knot from top to the bottom of the cast on im so over it smh

I am Using the paid pattern for the short rows (row 3) it says k6,k2 is there anything special about the k2 or is it essentially k8. Also wondering what you mean by KF and PF as there is no explanation and I can’t find any information online

Hi , thanks a lot for purchasing the cable romper pattern. The pattern you have purchased is a more advanced version of the one I have a video on youtube as it has raglan lines. I believe I mentioned in the video on youtube that paid pattern is a more advanced version of the romper, but please let me know if it's not the case. Kf - knit through the front loop, PF - purl through the front loop in order to avoid a holes. Please double check how you are knitting a yarn over stitch - lay the working yarn over the right needle from back to front. There is nothing special about k6, k2, it is the same as k8. Let me know if you have other questions, I will be happy to help and answer.

Hey. You can knit size 12, just knit a little bit longer sleeves and legs. If you are tight knitter you can also take a little bit bigger size of knitting needles

Heyy I just started out knitting a few weeks ago and I knit through the back loop always as its not comfortable for me to knit through the front loop. But the thing is when I'm knitting the pattern of this romper seems to form inside so ı'd have to turn my knitted romper around when its finished. Does this happen because I always knit through the back loop?

When doing the left leg and doing it in reverse. How do people do the second cable stitch?
1st cable rnd- P27. k5. CB5. K5. P4
2nd cable rnd (where I'm confused??)
- P27. K5. K5. CF5. P4??
Impossible to do and doesn't make sense and there's no knit 5 after the cable stitch.

I am a little confused. I just bought your pattern. But in that pattern you start with the yolk and not as in the video with the legs. I would like to know why ? I Think for me it is easier to start with the legs and as in the desciption i just bought

Hi. you can take description for 12 months and knit sleeves and arms a little bit longer. you do not need to change the knitting needles size you are a going to use the same weight of yarn.
then you said 6 more rounds from doing 10 and when you finished it was a total of only 15. Very confusing!
