Thank you for taking an interest in my videos. I plan to continue posting videos of me riding Moto Guzzi, British bikes, side valve twins, etc., so please check them out if you are interested.
Hey, do you have an email I could contact you at? I have a white LM3 '83, and I could use help with pictures of certain parts as I restore the bike. I'm also going to be visiting Japan sometime next year, before July, I would really like to meet up with another Guzzi owner!
Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, I only have a work email address, not a personal one. I think I can help you with information about the restoration of Le Mans 3 to the extent that I know it. The cherry blossom season in Japan is also popular with foreign tourists, and the period from late March to early April in Tokyo is recommended. Also, it seems that Moto Guzzi gatherings are held in the suburbs of Tokyo in May, so please check the Internet. www.motoguzzi.com/jp_JA/moto-guzzi-world/events/eagle-day-2024/ However, in Japan, late April to early May is called Golden Week, and many people travel domestically, so transportation and accommodation will be crowded. June is the rainy season, and it will be humid and muggy, so it may be a bit difficult, especially if you are coming from the United States or Europe. Nevertheless, there are many places to enjoy sightseeing, not only in Tokyo but also in Kyoto and Osaka, so I hope you will enjoy your trip to Japan. By the way, the Moto Guzzi specialty store in Tokyo that I am indebted to is called Moto Guzzi Riparale. Please search on the Internet. They ride Moto Guzzi with Tonti frames.
