Pro tip. If you are struggling to get something into a small satchel then try a small aus post bubble mailer. They are larger than the satchels. Yes they are about 80c each but have saved me moving into a medium many times over.
Whenever I get a really quick sale, I immediately think "I under-priced that!' But you never know... if I'd priced it just a little higher, it might be sitting around for months.
Happy Birthday Matt and congrats on the sales this week.. was looking forward to seeing more of the view in OZ but not to worry. Well done 👏 where is that beach looks lovely..
Thank goodness I looked at the previous video before this one! I'm a big believer of Harry Potter books selling fast, so I concur with the Harry potter sale. I got a sealed set of HP books, listed for $500 and got it to an overseas buyer (Nearly $100 in postage costs). Yes, it is the 1%ers of sales that keep us going and looking for the next big one. Congratulations on the 30K subscribers - I have not had the opportunity to say it yet and a belated Happy Birthday to you. Hopy to see you next time in at the GC, and have a happy.
Wow, those McFarlane Kiss figures are valuable now. I used to own all of those McFarlane Kiss toys - I remember buying them at the shops in the late 90s. I think I ended up giving them away to friends many years ago when I was downsizing my clutter in life. 🤘🏽😎🤘🏽
Fantastic sale on the board games and quick turn around. Those op shop prices were through the roof, I would never pay $84 for a set of DVD’s especially that set. When things aren’t moving because of high prices, they must have a build up of stock out the back. Love your shots of the beach at Burleigh.
You will not believe what I found in a black garbage back on the curb of one of the houses in my neighborhood yesterday evening. Nothing better than $free.99. It was a nintendo gambe cube with the adapter and controller and super mario sunshine game inside. And a wii system with controllers and sensor bar. And a fibit charge 2 in the case.
Yeooowwwww well done on the Sales Team 👉🍺 🤘🤘🤘 the Harry Potter books were so good and the cyberpunk was Fantastic, with watching your current vids im going to put a bit more focus in sourcing sealed items most likely dvds, book, cds, p.c games ,boardgames, Lego etc although I've been thrifting for nearly 25+ years I've learnt heaps watching you and Cort,,,,,now I'm scanning every Damm thing😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 As always Good luck out there🇳🇿👊✌️
I have found shoes have dropped in price and sales in the last 2-3 months. Great video. ❤Congrats on 30k. I have been selling cameras like crazy at the moment, great score.
Sales prices in Australia are unreal vs. UK. Everything you sell far exceeds the UK Top end. The UK top end for those PS3 Motion Plus is 60 AUD taking into account exchange rates, yet the thrift and everywhere also charge more than I hear you quoting. Well done and keep moving forward.
Matt... isn't it a pain in the butt that you can't quite fit 5 x 50 ltr Bunnings tubs across a shelf width, and have to resort to sliding in an odd one to make it work. So annoying, especially if you are OCD.
Hi Matt. Great video. I've just bought a new with tags, Australia rugby shirt here in the UK. Would it be possible to email a photo to you please. I have no idea what it's worth or it's age. Thanks
Congratulations Mat&Courtney on 30,000 subs❣️ And happy birthday too! Love your gentle and genuine videos, you’re so natural and your work-friendship is beautiful. So much respect for each other! Burleigh Heads looks gorgeous!! We were in SC for a book retreat in June and didn’t think to go there, will next time! Great vlog again guys 🤗🥰🌻👍🏽
@@TheAussieFlipper Cool bananas. Oh by the way well done on the Cyberpunk board game. As a board game collector that is one hell of a find and consequent sale ! CDPR are coming out with a another cyberpunk board game so keep your eye out for it once it hits retail ok !
Hey guys, new subscriber here from the UK. I'm a massive fan of Grand Designs, but I really don't understand how there is so much appeal and why the DVD's cost so much. It's the same here - series 1-11 on DVD is £200 pre-owned! I also don't understand why people still buy DVD's when you can get most - if not all - of the series on streaming services?!

Congrats dude! That's epic!!
@@TheAussieFlipper mind you i normally only do $100-$150 a day so was a monster day for me
@@tylernich0848 I bet it'll be a slow day today

Great work, Matt . I know rents have gone up in thrift shop. 30k cool Awesome 🎉

This is one of the best ones you’ve done Matty!! Let’s go 40k!!

Do yall look for high selling % items or just got with the flow?
Also you whats yall most sold category?
Thanks in advance!
love this, what is your ebay store?
House of mamba
Scored 400 vhs tapes for $100 at 2ndhand place absolute steal. Do you use aus post satchels, boxes or buy own box with ebay label?
Depends on the item usually boxes and satchels depending on their size
Those phone cases really sit months damn never getting into them
Hey Matt and Courtney, what do you guys think of the new eBay seller tool?
Those PS3 motion plus controllers have quite expensive batteries in them that a real pain to change. Did you test them before you sold them?
sure did
Are people still buying DVDs, with all the streaming platforms around these days? 🤔
Yep

5 slide perfectly for me!

I find it odd that dvd's are going for a bit of money when it's all available online for free if you know where to look ?
Physical copies can’t be replicated by streaming services. The dvd collector will always want the physical

It's weird. Some people seem to like having the physical product. I just see it as extra clutter!
