Very true, but sometimes I know that I just need the base game. And I had to import it from the US (I'm from Austria), so I had to make sure that it's worth it for me. Lots of people like the small version cause you can easily take it with you. That's something I don't really understand. You can use a deck box if you just want to play the base game.
What would you recommend to buy? Sushi Go or Sushi go party? I have to make a choice and can't make a decision. I will play with 3 or 4 people, most of the times.
I really like Sushi Go Party because of the flexibility and the “menu” board. I’d pick up the original Sushi Go only if I needed a smaller box to travel with!
My organiser for my copy is a bit different to the one in the video. It's not as good and makes storing the cards a bit flimsy. When I open the box I find that cards and tiles tend to be all over the place. It's a great, fun light game though!
Hmm… I might have a different printing! What a pain to reorganize all the cards! I wonder if there’s a 3d printed organizer or a third party one? You could get in touch with the publisher too.
Thank you for your video. It helped me make a decision. I'm going to buy Party.
I hope you enjoy it!
Same. Especially since you can play the original game with the party version.
It’s the original game plus a ton of optial variants for future plays.
Yes! Lots of options but manageable with the scoring reminders.

Do you also have sushi roll?
I’ve had my eye on it, but I never picked it up! Is it worth a look?
Not sure just bought it for someone
I’d love to hear what they think! I never picked it up because dice hate me, and I have so many games in the queue.
