  • In this video we show you how to heatpress our DTF transfers onto Safety Vests that we got from Amazon.com. Safety vests can be tricky to apply transfers to due to the many pockets, zippers, and seams that it may have.
    In this video we used the following products:

    So at 275 it won’t melt the zipper?

      It shouldn't. Especially at only 7s. The concern is probably the heatpress crushing the zipper. You definitely need a heat press pillow.

      Looks like DTF a print.
      You need a special printer for that, they can cost A LOT of money and drive you insane. Ask me how I know 😅

    Have you had any issues with it sliding off with washing?

    • @transfersuperstars
      @transfersuperstars  Рік тому +1

      Not at all. If done right with a double press, it should last a ton of washes. Take a look at the transfer after its been pressed to check if it is embedded into the fabric

      Also, don't use fabric softener as that deteriorates the print x

    Will this process melt the thin plastic safety vests provided by department of transportation for volunteers to pick up trash along a road?

    At what heat and time do you press for vest

      Follow the instructions provided by your DTF heat transfer provider as they may differ in time, pressure & temperature. Having heat press pillows may also help for awkward print locations or different garment types.
