'Dominic Raab should apologise for his behaviour' - Lord McDonald tells Sky's Beth Rigby

A former Foreign Office civil servant has told Sky News that Dominic Raab chose "not to change his behaviours".
Lord Simon McDonald, who was Permanent Under-Secretary at the Foreign Office between 2015 and 2020, and worked under Mr Raab - has called on the Prime Minister to stand up for the civil service.
He spoke to Sky's Beth Rigby.

This guy seems to be trying to defend the civil service. I imagine the general public and Raab supporters will see things differently. Many people know that Politics is a facade of control and not really how it all works.
