Baked beans about 400 grams
1 onion
garlic rosemary
salt and pepper
bacon
tomato sauce 400 gr
chili pepper
Bud Spencer Mexican-style beans TEXMEX beans
A large skillet.
Peproncino garlic onion oil.
brown, add bacon or sausage if you want.
400 grams of tomato and a glass of water, salt, pepper, oregano and rosemary.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add 400 grams of cooked beans, whatever beans you prefer. I use red beans.
Cook another 15 minutes.
They are eaten with rice or with homemade bread, or ... both ...
