"Pooping as a vital sign to be noted." This is so so so so so so true! I had an experience with a doctor who didn't feel this was important. Also had one who when I told him I was having all kinds of digestive issues and rancid bowel movements. He asked me what I was eating and I proceeded to tell him and about a minute into detailing my daily food intake, he cut me off and just said; "I don't see anything unusual about what you are eating." Then prescribed Floxin (a low-level antibiotic) and Cardura (a heart medication with a dual use as a urinary tract muscle relaxer). He gave me 4 refills on both. I finally stopped after it dawned on me that he was just doing with most $money-hungry$ doctors do and that's string you along to get more money out of you and treat you so that you "manage your symptoms" and not cure you of anything. Pay attention to your body and how it reacts to what you put in it and what comes out of it!
"I don't need toilet paper anymore?" Is that person serious who said that? I have worked with people who DID NOT wipe afterwards. It may not be obvious, but we all need to MAKE SURE there is NOTHING "Back There" before we pull up our pullups!
Does Bio Complete 3 have as much butyrate as the new product that they hinted at that isn't on sale yet? I initally misunderstood and thought the Bio Complete 3 was the new product having lots of butyrate - I just bought some and now I have second thoughts.
Great episode! Is there a commercially available test to see if our body has what it needs to create butyrate and if it does in fact make sufficient amounts of butyrate? Also, a family member had his first colonoscopy today. They had to drink a liquid the night before and morning of to help clear out the colon. How detrimental is this process to the colon and gut micro biome and is there a better way to approach this procedure? Possibly a liquid diet for 2-3 days prior? Thx Dr. G!!
So all this health stuff that you talked about in one of your ingredients in this supplement bio 3 one of the worst things you can put in your body maltodextrin. Please explain that rationale to me isn't it a starch did spikes your glucose level higher than anything on the glycemic index? And yes I'll answer that myself yes it is.
