I used Kazacus Priest to get from rank 12 to 5 over the last two days. Quite strong and flexible, you can counter any matchup although there are tough ones. At first I used the quest as well but concluded eventually that without duplicates it is too slow to activate without running subpar deathrattles, and the cost of losing a card in my opening hand was losing me too games. It's a lot less clunky without it.
But why would you not run me in a deck with n'zoth? I can get you a 1/1 deathrattle, and n'zoth can summon it as a full minion later. Such missed value

I played around with a deck like this, amongst other things though priest is super weak without a hard removal like entomb. It basically has no way to deal with any of the 4/12 cards in the game, ysera is basically just a hard counter against the entire priest class.

Hey Kripp, how come in all the games you show us (or at least a large percentage) your opponents make huge misplays? Is that the only time you win with these decks you create?
Unless I'm missing something this logic makes no sense - new expacs come into standard -> old expacs rotate out = no real net gain give or take the rotation in or out of powerful specific cards for this deck.
