Ireland Journal and how I hold the big feelings

Hey friends!
I realised I won't be finishing this journal, and so decided to upload a flip through and chat to seal the deal.
Throughout this video I do some reminiscing and a lot of puzzling over how I navigated all the overwhelm and big feelings through art making in this journal!
This trip was INCREDIBLE and also truly overwhelming, would I change anything?
Yes, I would make it longer, but other than that, no.
