That "Oh so trendy looking" rear wheel has no traction, looks cool so who cares ? My own fairly conventional wheelchair copes with steep grades, gravel surface etc no problem and would have completed that course faster.Those front wheels will loose traction going up hill as the weight transfers rearwards. Not sure if the rear is driven. It's also way too tall, try getting those front wheels under a table or behind the wheel of your car, totally impractical . Game changing it is not !
