I’m so happy you guys are reacting to their 1st channel!! Josh’s wife is Korean. He studied at an international school in China as a teenager. He often said he became friends with the Koreans there and fell in love with the culture. He then went to university in Korea. Josh and Ollie often visit Korea, introduce their friends/family to Korean food, and even take friends/family on vacays to Korea

Josh did a year in Korea as part of school. He did his degree in London--that is where he met Ollie--day one. I know you all would really enjoy the high school series introducing Korean food, their trip to Korea. Now there is a series of the same students who are young adults going thorugh Korean military training. Josh's wife, Gabie, is also a chef--she has a channel as well. They are soon to be 1st time parents later this summer.

Wow, you guys didn't completely watch the entire video! Just so you know, the Korean Englishman channel with Josh, you all reacted to is one of many videos they did with sports professionals, they've done UK football clubs, car racers, they also went as far as introducing highschoolers to Korean food too and eventually took hand-picked students to Korea for authentic Korean food/culture and architecture and they all had a great time too. They have a collection of wonderful series when it comes to introducing Non-Koreans to Korean foods. We have some Korean restaurants here in Southern California, but we just don't know which place to try and what to order so a lot of what we see on the Korean Englishman channel is opening up our curiosities for new food!

I enjoyed their vids with British Rappers go to Korea and they even recorded a song at YG. Also I like when they do interviews with various celebrities as well as Korean Idols trying British food is fun too. Fun fact Josh and Ollie were invited to the Buckingham Palace Royal dinner and met BlackPink there too.

The difference in Korean fried chicken besides the spices is that it’s cooked twice… once to cook it through and once at a higher temp to make the outside really crispy

  • @Ameslan1

Korean fried chicken is really delicious because it is extra crispy! They double fry it meaning they fry the chicken twice and usually coat it in a delicious sweet and spicy sauce.

Josh (from Jolly) and his other channel the Korean Englishman that you just watched did videos in the past where football clubs in the UK try Korean BBQ and other Korean foods. I am an American I wanted to call them soccer clubs, so I have no idea which football clubs they were. Josh also did videos using some of the same high school kids they used in Jolly videos to try Korean food and then they flew those kids to South Korea (obviously) for a trip. Olly from Jolly is in the Korean Englishman videos, but he is more behind the scenes in them.
