I currently buying my necessary tools one by one and recently got myself a digital microscope. Honestly I have less idea on electrical components but Im so willing to learn and invest. Battery connector just ripped off on me today for my Asus ROG 502vs laptop which is a variant of this. My clock pads also ripped off, why do you only have to solder one of the power singles ? Just want to know before I attempt this repair.
And for this case, I would beat the crap out of the laptop manufacturer for using non-user-removable battery solutions. I don't care how thin and lightweight a laptop is as long as it is durable, fixable, and powerful enough for my tasks.

Assalamalaikum, I need help with g750jm. I flashed it with the bios of g750jw with bios programming machine and got no display afterwards i reflashed it with original bios i backup using the machine again. Resoldered the bios chip but the laptop battery was plugged in and hold a ful charge. Now the volts are coming but no power at all. HELP

I don't always use a blade to scrape off the mask from the vias. Sometimes I have to use a small wire brush.
