The suspension of my scooter is very very hard , the suspension has no movement. Does anyone know how to fix it ?

I would check all connections, just like how you assemble the handle bars, open and make sure connections are tight.

I'm sure most are coming out of handful of factories, but it's all about branding and features included. Evercross has been a brand on amazon for a decent amount of time, I've own a few and they all work well--no issues.
