There are no mandatory ops that you are obligated to pull in any shape or form. "High priority" the way I interpret it is just "Hey these ops are of great value if you do decide to pull them". At the end of the day, even the lackluster ops like Viviana is still a good op in her own right, so just pull the op that you like.

The fact that you talked about the advanced techniques of S3 will help everyone very much; I can't count how many times those advanced skills have saved a run of mine on IS4.

The two tricks with the cannon, as well as the diagram of the cannon's collision and explosion radio, are super useful to know for a relatively advanced player like myself, but nearly impossible to figure out without being told. Thanks Dragon, this analysis was super helpful as always. I was tempted to pull for her for IS4 since I don't have Nian or Hoshiguma, but was able to clear d15 with Croissant just fine -- so gonna save those pulls for the onslaught of banger banners coming up.
She looks like a hell fun operator to use, but because of Virtuosa I will have to skip and wait for a possible re-run banner. My plan right now is Virtuosa then Degenbrecher and after that might be Ray I will have to see what operators there are in between or after... Definitely getting Shu
Ill probably get her in the November selector, since shes before Hoe, so in the end of the year selector she should be already a option. If you can afford that, its better than "coping" her rerun, since its kinda unpredictable if there wont some cool ops around her, like imagine having to choose between Reedic, Degen and Arturia.

She is a very versatile unit. Just being able to take out aerial units is a plus that put her over Ex Alter for me. Her skills cycle well with Texalter and Yato deploys. Can see uses for IS, SSS, and RA. She strikes me as being like Dorothy. Very powerful in the hands of the right doctor and team.

She strikes me as a fun and unique operator rather than a game changer, so I'll roll a few times but I won't whale with the limited banner soon. I got lucky on Ex alter and Typhon but I'm worried my lucky streak won't last much longer.

Was planning to pull Virtuosa and Degen, then skip Ray to save for Shu but now I'm afraid I might have to skip Degen too cuz both Shu and Ela are limited.
Her skill 1 is actually very good as an afk skill imo. You sacrifice about 5% of your defense and hp vs Hoshiguma on S2, add 70 SP charge time and lose the 25% damage resist talent in exchange for ranged attack that can hit air, invis reveal, way more attack that can easily kill trash mobs and the (imo superior) riot shield talent.
so what im getting is she's mostly useful in IS#4 def/supp tactical squads, and only if you care about braving nature lv15. I suppose I'll just drop a few tickets cause I really would rather pull for virtuosa and I am a big guard/vanguard tactical squad enjoyer so she probably won't add much to my roster
She's good operator with good defence, good dps(for defender) and some nice and interesting utility. Also she's very good for beginners. But she is very replaceable and doesn't stand out in anything particular.
Really appreciate these. I do have a question though, could you possibly give us some sort of baseline on what would be a 10/10 for daily impact/advanced? Are there any of the current accepted OP operators that would get 10/10 (ie Mlynar, Texalter, Kirito).

I dont even care anymore. I will always use jessica, even though she may not be a good unit. She is my first 6 star and ill always use her as she has came in clutch many times in story missions and various other missions too.
I usually pull characters I like both aesthetically and by gameplay, and I really like Jessica Alter. The problem is that I LOVE Virtuosa, Ray and Shu, so she needs to wait a bit 😢
Personally not a fan of bugs interactions and surprised, maybe somewhat disappointed it was supposed to be used in a guide, even encouraged to be used, but guess in such a thorough guide i kinda shouldn't be surprised lol. Pause deploy always has been a thing. It got removed for no reason on global server when CC#4 was live but they added it again on Hortus De Escapismo
