oh my gosh, thank you for putting this out on the Internet. I really appreciate having this opportunity to get inspired by watching someone taking care of their little oasis. You reminded me of how much use I can have from my balcony in my rented flat.Well thank you.I think I might be doing a little trip down to the florist for my birthday which is coming up soon. Something to thrive on this summer.🦋
Cute little black squirrel!!

Squirrels can become a nuisance, but if they get into your home they become much more than that. Had one literally stake a claim in my basement once and it was not fun to deal with. Finally trapped and relocated it before it did too much damage as they love to chew on wires which can cause fire hazards and other damage. As long as they stay outside, I'm fine with them. BTW, the fire escape looks as beautiful as ever. Well done!!🙂🙂
Why would you let a squirrel become a tenant in your home?
Lol….didn’t let it do anything. It somehow found its way into my basement through an opening in my cinder block foundation that I didn’t know about, and it absolutely did not want to leave. I know people who’ve had them in their attic as well. Trust me, none of us ever invited them in.
Hahaha oh no!! We had a ductless AC put into our apartment last year and I noticed the squirrels burrowing through the hole they had to cut in the wall... my landlord filled that up and secured it real quick. I was not about to be terrorized outside AND inside my home lol
Doesn’t take much for them to find a way in. Thank God the only damage I suffered was a significantly bruised ego for repeatedly being outsmarted by a rodent.@@b.cormier
Finally after 2 whole months
Thank you so much for your patience ;)
Gardening is so different where I live in Australia - I'm assuming a lot of those plants die over winter in Canada? We have big backyards and most of the flowering plants we deal with are perennial - but we have to do SO MUCH weeding to make sure the flowers shine through!
Ahh for it to be warm all year round 🙌 Yes the annuals will die over winter and the perennials will come back again in the spring! It is my dream to have a big garden, but I know that weeding is no small task haha, that's whats nice about having a container garden - very minimal weeding. Happy gardening! :)
@@b.cormier oh thanks for a reply! DIdn't expect that, you're the greatest, looking forward to more videos! I'll always watch whatever you do :) -- a painting lady from Aus
Ding a dang dang! ❤
I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ your videos they are very cute and your art beautiful 😍 😊
Thank you so much!! 🤗
How did you come up with painting ideas in the beginning and now? How much did you price your artwork in the beginning? Original, limited print, and open print editions. I'm a very beginning artist who is still in school right now. I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to start my art journey to make a living from. I'm excited and nervous about how it's going to work out.
I love your personality, you are very funny and beautiful I love your content, greetings 🫶
Love the Plectranthus 'Mona Lavender'! Where did you purchase the hose that attaches to your kitchen sink for watering?
It's a show stopper! And I got the hose off of amazon, here is the link:
www.amazon.ca/dp/B0C3LZZ682?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
It's nice because it's extendable and easy to store! I also had to buy an attachment for my sink, here is the link for that:
www.amazon.ca/dp/B08HCNNM4N?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details
I think you could sit and read the back of an aspirin bottle and it would be entertaining and endearing. Thanks for the levity in a loud world.
Thanks Brooke. Please make sure you eat your daily salad for health!
Haha, will do!! :)
Just a heads up, those hoses tend to spring leaks...
Duly noted! I always remove it from the sink when I'm not using it, hopefully that will suffice!
Maximalist all the way, although I prefer perennials, evergreens may be present ayr but they are so boring in comparison.
