I knew I recognized that intro somewhere and it’s also at the beginning of the band “Sick” Cannibalistic Torment album. Not sure if it’s a homage to whatever movie that is from or to each other? No, it doesn't stand out to me immediately. With the chains rattling the Hellraiser series came to mind. Maybe it was one of the sequels?
