Question for the both of you. Couldn't you use the custom road builder to make small public walkways with no transportation that could be zoned for building? You wouldn't have to use the large public walkways.
Hey egg I think some old ruins of an old temple would be great on the map and I think it would be great high up on a hill or mountain with trees surrounding it with a path that spirals up the hill or mountain to give tourists a place of culture to visit.😊
Enjoying seeing this develop. I love a good industrial port, so I'll never vote against that, but I'm very interested in seeing what you might do differently with a little forestry. I'm going to like it either way 😁
Egg, What about the waste area next to the tram have some "old" train tracks on it. Like the tram and the metro replaced an older form of transportation with just a little bit remaining in Midtown.
I think it would be worth anarchying a pedestrian road under the metro station to link the pedestrian road through the park to the roundabout behind the station. Could increase usage of that route especially when the metro starts up.
i think a ferry/cruise ship port would be great in the city. However, much I like those new school buildings, I highly doubt any public school district would be able to afford to be on the waterfront like that. The taxes themselves would be super high on land with that type of value... The only schools in socal that i know of that are "beach adjacent" are blocks from the beach or they were built highly separated from the city and were closed and sold once the sprawl reached them.
Amazing build Mr egg! Here's some inspiration for you: check out the CTA blue line forest park rail yard for the metro build in the future! I think it'll be an amazing opportunity for you!
7:54 While I don't think what you did here was bad as such, I think you missed a trick by not keeping the curves of the park going around it. To my eye, the two path ends nearest the water were begging to be joined in an oval, and then bracket by a curving sea wall that links them back to the main road
I hope a fix for the homeless bug is in the next patch (and hopefully soon). It's a shame when you create a beautiful park space, only to turn around and see tents in the middle of it.
Personally I was about to click off the video when I realized the first 2 minutes of the video were non-vocal. It could make new viewers think youre one of the no commentary channels. (I always skip the detailing time lapse because youre not talking)
No Egg... you enjoy the rest of Your day! 😊
How very kind! ❤ *Puts kettle on*

That high school on the waterfront would be torture. Sitting in class staring out the window at the ocean. Good luck kids.
Yay for metro! Would be interesting to combine the industrial build with the prison as a sort of prison labour reliant industry
I really enjoyed the build Egg. The episodes keep getting better as we go along in CS2.

Big fan of the park with the venue jutted out into the water. Very cool gathering place.
WoW that VOD flew by so fast... Sweet coast line. Very nicely done.
Ty for the VOD. 🥃🥃
Gorgeous, simply gorgeous city... 😍

Always creative and detailed!! Very nice coast development 🤩
So satisfying 😌❤
I never got a good shot near the end of whether those pillars were finally out of the road. It was driving me crazy. Otherwise, very nice!

This surface painter made a change for SC2 . Great build as usual 🎉

Another great build!
Hi cool city does this game support Xbox series s?

I've been holding off on detailing my beaches with sand. Not anymore!

Thanks for the idea Tim!
@@OVERCHARGEDEGG you're very welcome!
Good work Egg

"Fire's not really a threat in CS2." Bruv my entire town burned to the ground before the update 😂
I wish we had the option to use different platforms for the elevated stations. Can you create a custom elevated station with the river builder mod?

Have you always had this intro music for Koh Kai? Just noticing it - sounds super fun and fitting. :)
I tend to switch it up every couple of weeks but we can roll with this one if you like it :)
How about a cotton factory?
15:15 Egg. EGG. Seriously!?
Shhh! Don't egg him on! 😆
if you already placed the metro yard and spent all that money, why not just leave it and just switch it off so you dont have the monthly cost?
brother will it be possible to share your graphics settings
It will brother, I'll bring them up next episode
@@OVERCHARGEDEGG thanks

First
It's amazing what you can do with this sub par game. I still don't like SC2 the original is I.M.O. still much better

The way you build doesn't change,.no improvement..you can do better than that specially you are using mods
Do it not use the mods multiple times in this video? I don't play vanilla cs2 🤷
hi sir, are you using mods on cities skylines 2?
Please answer🥹
