Zip's Spotlight: Central Iowa Towing

Dustin and Rickie Tapp have a lot of people to thank for their decade of growth and expansion at Central Iowa Towing and Recovery in Ames. Dustin credits Zip's for helping their company get off the ground.
Back in 2014, “I walked into Zip’s with nothing to my name and told them I want to start a towing company. They took a big chance on me and let me drive a truck home that day with almost no money down,” he said.

I watched Dustin come up from working at two different wrecker companies at the same time, to buying a flatbed and operating as "Central Iowa Custom Hauling". Him and Ricki spent a number of long nights with very little-to-no sleep, a lot like Jamie mentioned. I'm so very happy to call them my friends!
